Supply and fixing in repair Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 500 litres capacity,(cylindrical vertical with closed top) with plastic lid cover, triple layered, white, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including PTMT Ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed for 20 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified.

Disconnecting existing tanks, 500/1000 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position and Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 15 mm bore pipe and connections, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tubes 'medium grade' galvanised, 15 mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per serial item No 4.00 above here-in-before but refixing old serviceable pipe.

Taking up or down steel tubing of 20 mm bore pipe and connections,including cleaning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing tubes 'medium grade' galvanised, 20 mm bore, ISI marked with all fitting such as bends, tees, elbows, unions, short pieces, connectors, back nuts etc and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Description all as per serial item No. 7.00 above here-in-before but refixing old serviceable pipe.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 25 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified and fixed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 20 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified and fixed.

Supply and fixing in repair Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe of 15 mm bore pipe, including making connections complete all as specified and fixed.

Dismantling PVC/Cement/CI pipes 50 to 110 mm dia including all fittings like bend,branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) type B pipes 110 mm bore single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp of GI flat 30mm wide 2mm thick fixed to wall with nail at spacing of 1m center to center, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing, UPVC(SWR), bends for 110 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc and removing unserviceable material from the work site ouside defence premises complete all as specified.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in roofs, floors (other than ground floor) beams, staircase, landing chajjas and similar suspended work.

Material and labour for Providing, cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded aggregate ), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed.

Complete removal ( up to 4th story ) of existing water proofing treatment of any description (tile, PCC padding) incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

M&L for P.C.C 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thck in CM 1:4 on Concrete surfaces of roof finished fair & even and including mixing of water proofing compound (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely. (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&l for cement concrete tiles, size exc 0.04 Sqm not exc 0.16 Sqm and 20/22 mm thick, incl grey cement and pigment, pointed in cement mortar 1:3 and laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only Water proofing compound liquid.

Repairs to balcony/Facia and soffit and sides of chajjas etc by taking down old rendering 10 to 25 mm thick to match with the existing thickness in CM 1:3 and hacking clearly the edges and corners smooth and rounded for new plastered area exceeding 30sqm cm in width or girthincl necessary form wor ,scafolding and reinforcement with binding and welding if reqd complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified. Note :- Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surface walls, in cement mortar 1:4, rendering is to be finished even and fair without using extra cement (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surfaces of walls, (up to 4th sorey with necessary scaffolding) and applying two coat of cement based paint over one coat of primer complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered /concrete/ brick surfaces of walls (up to 4th storey with necessary scaffolding) and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for mild steel rolled work as in tank staging (framed) , trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing( Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats, gusset plates, etc, conforming to grade Fe 290 complete all as specified.

M&L for removing bushes, shrubs, roots from building ( up to 4th story ) with chiesling and making good, the disturbed surface in PCC 1:1.5:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska as in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness or only a part thereof)

Removing excavated mud phuska upto 1.50 Kilometre (out of defence land) all as directed.
