S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel ridges suitable for corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of red colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets and frame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylone sleeves and screws at 450mm centre to centre / intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasterners with and including ceiling section ( not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre, size of grid 605mm x 605mm including providing and fixing designer decorative Gypsum board 4mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 7.00 (here-in-before) but except bricks.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM in (1:4) finished fair and even external surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surface other than fair faces of brick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair finished faces of ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious water proofing coating, having properties of 80 % elongation as per ASTM D412, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per DIN 1048, reduction to rapid chloride shall be 70 as per DIN 1048, crack bridging upto 1.2mm as per ASTM 4548.5. The mixing ratio of the coating shall be 2 parts of powder & 1 part of liquid without any water addition in the mixing, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and sprinkle sand at 10-15 gram per sqft for better grip with plaster complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a one coat of alkali resistance primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a one coat of chalk whitening on walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section in framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses including columns, special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS.1161-1998 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm girth and width including preparation of new steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling brick/concrete tiles any size etc including existing roof treatment of any thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof finished and laid to required slope complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F precast hydraulically pressed PCC tiles of size 25cm x 25cm x 20mm thick laid over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in CM (1:3) mixed with WPC of approved make in screed bed and pointing on roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with APP modified bituminous membrane 3mm thick consisting of the following for RCC roof :- (a) Cleaning palstered roof surfaces and applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvented primer @ 0.3Kg /Sqm of approved make on top of dry surface of RCC roof complete all as specified and directed. (b) M&L for APP modified polymeric water proofing membrance 3mm thick weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm with non woven polyster core of approved make applied by heating one surface of membrane with LPG torch with lap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to ‘V’ section in existing roof or terracing, junction to parapet wall, cleaning out, wetting and filling solidly a hot mixture of bitumen and dry sand in proportion of 1:1 by weight complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping or roof kerbs on roof chamfered on edge including troweling slightly complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 sq. m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutter (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc. 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4.00 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter only of any description exc 1 sqm but n. exc 2 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 125 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

S&F Pressed steel frame made out of MS Sheet 1.25mm thick for doors of size 105 x 60 mm with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including one shop coat of priming complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During fixing of chowkhat, surface shall be make good in plumb with existing finishies like cement plaster simlar wall tiles, floor tiles etc as per site requirement.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling of pressed steel frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick, IInd class hard wood plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made glazed and skeleton shutters of 2nd class HW with partially panel shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass / gauze etc edges or framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut or mitred beads for securing glass etc as specified in SSR pt-1 section 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made PVC single door frame of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as per specification and drawing of SSR Part-I and the door frame to be fixed to the wall using MS screw 75mm long with PVC fastener as per manufacturer's, instruction complete all as specified and directed.
