1. MPS (MAIN PUMPING STATION): Design, construction and commissioning of MPS for 4.50 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, wet well sump complete in all respect as per detail and specifications mentioned in attached additional documents along with following provisions: 1.1 Providing, fixing and commissioning of 5 non clog sewage submersible pumping sets as per IS marked ie. 1 of 9300, 2 of 3100 and 2 of 1600 LPM having minimum head of 35 m along with making all arrangement including sluice valves, Non return valves, specials, flanged individual and common delivery pipes, suitable size LT panel boards and suitable size cable from LT panel to pumps, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank, complete in all respect as per specification mentioned in attached additional documents. 1.2 Conveyance of raw sewage from MPS to inlet chamber of STP through rising main line. ng with cost of DI pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labour complete in all respect. 1.3 Suitable size (as per design) K9 DI pipe at MPS for interconnecting the structures including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as per requirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect. 1.4 Suitable size (as per design and requirement) Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) for screens and partition of tank as per design. 1.5 Supply and installation of 1 mechanical and 1 manual coarse screen (SS 304) suitable for 4.50 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respect. 1.6 All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. 1.7 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 20 no. LED outdoor light with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. 1.8 Raw sewage will be available near boundary wall within the premises of proposed MPS but the conveyance of sewage from this terminal point to the inlet chamber of MPS through DI K9 pipe of suitable diameter as per design is included in the Turnkey contract. The Level of the MPS / STP will be as per bed level of existing incoming sewer at MPS.
1. STP (SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT): 4.50 MLD: Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 4.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) including Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement for STP integrated with MPS including furniture and laboratory equipments as per detail and specifications mentioned in attached additional documents along with following provisions: 1.1 1 High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 4 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole , 2 LED outdoor light with 6 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. 1.2 Supply and fixing of 1 No. 3.65 m wide SS 304 main Gate along with1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). 1.3 CC TV CAMERAS: Providing and Installing 6 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Camera at MPS-1) within 96 hours of signing the agreement along with 120 days recording (DVR), 48 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP and MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at MPS and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respect. PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode, IR range up to 150 m. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work.Make: Sony / Canon / Panasonic / Samsung 1.4 EWQMS (Effluent water quality monitoring system): Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 4.50 MLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents. 1.4.1 Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs / outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 4.50 MLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respect. 1.4.2 Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.3 Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum) complete in all respect. 1.4.4 Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers complete in all respect. 1.4.5 Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network including complete in all respect. 1.5 Conveyance of treated effluent from cholorine contact tank to effluent collection tank through suitable size DI K9 pipe along with cost of pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labour complete in all respect.
ANNEXE BUILDING: Construction of HT / LT Panel room, PLC room, Blower room and Lab cum Office building, Toilet block including doors, windows,finishing, electric, and sanitary fittings complete in all respect as per drawings approved by SE. The building will be built up with RCC frame structure and brick work as per specifications mentioned in attached additional documents.
Operation and Maintenance for complete scope of work covered under this contract as per Oand M schedule for a period of 5 year after successful completion of 12 month`s defect liability period and 3 Months trial run complete in all respect as per approved NIT. The amount will be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate
