Disconnecting of the power & sensor cable from the motor panel board with the help of skilled personnel with proper marking.

Lifting of the submersible pump with the help of special lifting arrangement after opening of the cover plate and the nut bolts should be kept at safe side.

Thorough inspection and checking of the motor set and to be kept at safe side upto the satisfaction of EIC.

Mfg supply and installation of cable glands for control cable MOC:SS304 (thickness of upper ss disc 8mm OD:44mm ID:18mm lower disc OD:38mm ID:18mm thickness:8mm depth of gland: 74mm), Neoprene rubber with all necessary nut, bolts etc.

Mfg supply and installation of cable glands for power cable.MOC:SS304 (thickness of upper ss disc 7mm OD:120mm ID:53mm lower disc OD:95mm ID:53mm thickness:7mm depth of gland: 77mm), Neoprene rubber with all necessary nut, bolts etc rubber sheet should have 3 nos bore according to 95sq mm cable.

Cutting and making hole for the earth cable on the cover plate with necessary arrangement for fixing of cable gland.

Finishing of the Cable ends incl. supply of copper socket with all necessary items with crimping method with help of skilled personnel.

Supply and fixing cotton hose for covering up power cable, control cable and earth cable.

Lowering down the new pump and to be set at column pipe properly including fixing of cover plate neatly.

Connection of the motor cables according to ferrules incl. supply of nuts, bolts etc to the starter panel and trial run the same with the help of skilled personnel upto the satisfaction of the EIC.

Transportation and labour cost for carriage of cover plate of column pipe to workshop and return to Pumping Station.
