Supplying and fixing 110mm dia PVC rain water down fall pipe including cost of pipe, shoe,bond, brackets, teakwood plugs, etc., complete - 1 m2 (CBE DATA 24-25 P-125 ITEM - 1)

Solid PVC door shutter using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for paneling shall rigidly fix in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The cover all size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be 70mm x 45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter (SOR PWD 23-24 P-48 M-0391)

Dadooing walls with Ceramic tiles of size 200mm x 200mm x 6mm first quality design tiles of all colours laid in cement mortar 1:2 mix, 10mm thick and pointing with white cement using 0.40 kg/1m2 including finishing the joint and pointing flush with tile surface etc., complete - 1 m2 (CBE DATA 24-25 P-60 ITEM - 7)

Supply and fixing in position of white glazed indian oriya type water closet 580 x 440mm size white glazed earthernware of approved quality with S or P trap confirming to IS: 2556-part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring around the closet using 40mm broaken brick jelly in lime concrete 1:2:5 mix, 100mm thick using 20mm ISS gauge brick jelly and finished the top to required slop and including giving necessary connection to cast iron soil pipes by dismantling brick masonry, RCC/ floor slab and making good of the disturbed portion to original condition without leakage etc. complete complying with std. specifications and as directed by dept. officers. Fabricating Supply and fixing and position of MS doors with double leave made out of 18 gauge M.S. sheet, outer frame 35x35x5mm angle, inner frame 25x25x5mm angle, cross stiffner with MS flat 25x5mm, altrop tower bolts 2 Nos. two handles and six holdfasts completed welded and rivetted and one coat of red oxide painting including cost of all materials and labour etc., complete (CBE DATA 24-25 P-68 ITEM - 7)

Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows of MS sheet 20 gauge thick with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS7452/1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T'section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm anngle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point.M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacings ,20gauge MS sheet is used for covering the shutter. Grill members are painted with one coat of primer. Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with G1/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames.
