Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Laying , jointing and testing LT underground cable, heavy duty, 1100 Volts, XLPE insulated and sheathed, armoured with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable , laid in trenches/ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes and aluminium lugs for connection complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-Make: Havells,Polycab or equivalent make as approved by GE

(a) 10 sqmm 2.0 core

(b) 25 sqmm 3.5 core

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m depth for foundation ,laying of cables/pipes/poles etc., and getting out in hard/densesoil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 127 above but Exc 1.50 but n.exc 3.0m deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying dry river sand for cable cushioning in trenches to required width at bottom and top of cable including spreading levelling watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note:-Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying old size brick covering with width equal to length of brick as the mechanical protection to cable with well burnt sub class 'B' laid in trenches flat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing , light grade , Galvanised mild steel pipe / tubing, complete with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/ walls with suitable mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed as for cable proction of following sizes:-. (Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule ):-

(a) 40 mm bore

(b) 50 mm bore

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60×60cm×6mm thick surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers, buried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to equipment by using GI strips of size 32 x 6mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES schedule and connected to earthing test point all as specified and directed including earth pit of size 30cm x 30cm x 45 cm made of PCC 1:3:6 and PCC 1:2:4 cover, funnel, GI Tubing etc & testing on completion all as specified. Note :- The unit rate includes the cost of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal and salt in alternate layers, 20mm bore GI Pipe (med grade) for watering 40mm GI protection pipe (light grade) funnel, wire mesh,lugs, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 chamber in cement concrete 50mm thick precast RCC M-25 (design mix) cover duly reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 3kg/sqm) and CI frame etc and including provision of test point, connecting to test point and testing on completion etc complete all as specified. The unit rate also include earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5mtr from top of earth plate.

S&F 5000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank triple layered, ISI engraved (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, the Tanks shall be interconnected to each other by means of 25mm GI pipes at base level complete all as specified and directed. (The staging and GI pipe for the tank shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of schedule here in after)

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoarsed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laid in trenches pipe galvanized 20 mm dia medium grade complete incl fitting such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laid in trenches pipe galvanized 25 mm dia medium grade complete incl fitting such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and laid in trenches pipe galvanized 40 mm dia medium grade complete incl fitting such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, connectors, back nuts, caps, plugs and unions etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 20 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 20 mm dia pipe.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing 25 mm gun metal globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe suitable for 25 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMTwith epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of RR masonary staging for over head tank 2.4mtr from ground level PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete and brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:4 with plastering and rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4 including applying three coat of white wash including preparation of new surface of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, Hoisting and Fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity of 1000 litres (cuboidal or cylindrical as approved by Engineer-In-Charge) vertical with closed top), for hoisting into position either inside or outside of building, connecting up pipes, securing access covers etc., with monkey-proofing mechanism, hoisted and fixed in position Complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing, Single Phase, self priming electric motor water pump, with separate starter, self priming type, with 25 meter head, 1 HP (or any other higher capacity as required), for pumping hot/cold water, complete with all plumbing and electrical fittings, all as clarified, specified and directed by engineer in charge. Make : Kirloskar, Crompton Greaves, Crompton or equivalent from the list of approved brands in MES.

Supply and install auto switch on and Switch off mechanism for above motor pump , IP67 rated, with all necessary electrical, electronic and mechanical fittings, complete, all as clarified, specified and defined by engineer in charge.

Lagging to pipes 20mm bore used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAP ON' pipe sections of density 144Kg/Cum conforming to IS-9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh and covered with 0.01mm aluminium foil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Lagging to pipes 25mm bore used in internal water supply or plumbing all round with 25mm thick bonded mineral wool preformed 'SNAP ON' pipe sections of density 144Kg/Cum conforming to IS-9842 provided with chicken mesh wire netting 25 gauge, 20mm mesh and covered with 0.01mm aluminium foil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
