Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5mtrs below normal ground level, connected to GI earth wire 4sqmm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point on completion with and including 15mm bore light grade GI protection pipe (7.5mtr long) for earth including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 chamber pit with pre cast RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 40mm thick reinforced with steel wire 6 mm dia MS bars @ 100 c/c both way lifting hooks made out of 6 mm dia MS bars, watering arrangement with 20mm dia medium grade GI PIPE & funnel, wire, common salt, charcoal filling, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil complete all as specified including taking out the existing u/s earthing accessories. External Electrification

(i) Supply and fix solar street light fitting 25 watts having high lumen efficacy, including inbuilt solar panel and long life maintenance free lithium ferro phosphate battery, micro controller based integrated MPPT charge controller with driver. The fitting shall be of Make Crompton Cat No.CSADMP25CDL or Equivalent from Philips/ Bajaj connection from ceiling rose by providing flexible 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm PVC cable with stranded copper conductor. (ii) Supply & fix HDGI Hexagonal/octagonal pole 5 meter having top dia 70 mm and bottom dia 135 mm and thickness 3 mm, including GI heavy duty light mounting bracket with nuts & bolts, 4 nos 'J' type foundation bolts of dia 16 mm and 450 mm long with base plate. (iii) Excavation in post holes not exceeding 0.5 cum for erection of poles, removing the excavated materials to distance not exceeing 50 meter and providing PCC bed and RCC foundation as per follwoing specification including form work. (i) PCC BED 450 mm x 450 mm 100 mm. (ii) RCC Colum - 400 mm x 400 mm x 1300 mm M 20 Design, using 4 Nos - 12 mm TMT Bars.

M&L for LT cubical outdoor type Panel made out of CRCA sheet 3.15 mm thick outer shell and inner shell made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, double door with frong and back openable with locking arrangements, provision of threaded earthing stud in bottom, inner shell completely vermin proof etc., along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cables, danger notice plate, strickering of Switcher gear about load termination, cable connector for connecting multi cables located in cable chamber terminated form the switch gear, and the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material including as per IS: 8623 Aluminium bus bar 200A for phases and 125 A for neutral with insulators suitable for three phase complete & powder coating, necessary internal electric connection, indicating lamps panel shall be mounted on 50x50x5mm angle ion stand of height 45cm above ground level and 45 cm embedded in ground computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull be provided. M&L for cable route indicator, consisting of cast iron round shape 200 mm dia, 12 mm thick with inscription casting as LT cable 1100 Volts grade and fixed with hot dipped GI angle iron of size 40 x 40 mm x 6 mm thick 0.8 mtr long with GI nut bolts, embedded to ground in route of cable with the help of PCC 1:3:6 type C2 complete

Compound wall

Supply and fix PVC coated Mild steel angles, flats, etc (PVC Coated not less than 0.70 mm thick) as in supports for posts, struts, in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, flat iron fillets, (for securing wire mesh) including all necessary drilling bolting and similar work confirming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC coated mild steel round bars, 10 mm dia (PVC coating not less than 0.70 mm thick) as in straining bars confirming to Grade-I IS-432 , cut to length , bent to shape required and fixing all as specified and directed.

Supply only PVC coated GI chain link mesh of size 50 x 50 mm 3.6 mm dia GI wire with 1 mm thick PVC coating all as specified.
