Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders (Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (a) from Private Land .

Compacting original ground supporting subgrade (Loosening of the ground upto a level of500 mm below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of table 300-2 for subgrade construction.)

Granular Sub-base with Close Graded Material (Table:- 400-1)- Plant Mix Method (Construction of granular sub- base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density,complete as per cl. 401( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)(i)Using Grading I material

Water Bound Macadam (Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting to the reqd. density ( with an initial lead of 5.0 km.) By Manual Means, (I) Grading I, Using Screening Crushable type such as Moorum or Gravel
