Supply of 10 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumpset, with 4 core 6 sq.mm flat copper flexible cable of length 20 mtrs. Specifications mentioned in as per Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of 10 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumpset at 50,000 ltrs. capacity 3 mtrs. depth sump.

Supply of suitable size CRCA Steel Board with cover compressing of 3 Nos. 63 Amps porcelain fuse carrier set, 1 No. 63 Amps, 4 pole ‘C’ series MCB, neutral link & earth link and suitable range of starter for 10 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumps with proper electrical wirings.

Installation of suitable range of starter, CRCA steel Board for above mentioned item No.3 for 10 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumpset at pump room.

Supply of 20 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumpset, with 4 core 10 sq.mm flat copper flexible cable of length 20 mtrs. specifications mentioned in as per Schedule ‘A’.

Installation of 20 HP sewage /sludge submersible pumpset at 1,50,000 ltrs.capacity 3 mtrs. depth sump.

Supply of suitable size CRCA Steel Board with cover compressing of 3 Nos. 63 Amps porcelain fuse carrier set, 1 No. 100 Amps, 4 pole 10 KA, MCCB, neutral link & earth link and suitable range of starter for 20 HP sewage/sludge submersible pumps with proper electrical wiring.

Installation of suitable range of starter, CRCA steel Board for above mentioned item for 25 HP dewatering submersible pumpset at pump room.

Supply of 6” (150 mm) GI pipe confirming to IS 1239 part I threaded at both ends. 1 ended fitted with socket and other protected with plastic ring with red colour bands and length of each pipe six mtrs. Approximately with ISI mark class ‘C’ 150 mm nominal bore wall thickness 5.4 mm weight 21.90 Kg /mtr.

Laying of above mentioned GI pipes from submersible pumps in dewatering sump to GCC storm water drain/connecting to drain pipe with suitable fittings.

Supply and Installation of 6” (150 mm) GI bends, couplings, flanges, packing and other accessories, etc. in ISI mark, ‘C’ class.

Supply of 3½ core x 50 sq.mm. XLPE Aluminium Armoured UG cable.

Laying of cable, above mentioned in item No. 12 from switching power point to various locations of 4 Nos. pump rooms.

Earth excavation for laying of 3½ core x 50 sq.mm. XLPE Aluminium Armoured UG cable with depth 2 feet and width 1 feet.

Supply and installation of earthing at 4 locations of pump rooms. a) G.I. pipe dia. 40 mm ‘B’ class and its length 2.5 meters earth pit shall be filled by sand, salt, charcoal step by step. b) Alternate layer of salt and charcoal shall be filled in the earth pit. Supply and laying of 8 SWG. GI earth wire from GI pipe earth to starter panel board. GI Pipes should be ‘B’ class.

Supply of all materials and accessories to carry out the surface conduit pipe wiring by suitable size of PVC conduit pipe with 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm. for phase, neutral and earth PVC insulated FR rated copper wire for LED Tube light fittings, etc., through connected junction box / inspection box along with 5A modular flush type control switch, base plates and ceiling rose including terminations wherever necessary from modular type switch board to individual points.
