Annual preventive maintenance and repair of 30 MT Weigh Bridge installed at Quality Control and Procurement Division Jammu

Preventive maintenance and repair of 30 MT Weigh Bridge installed at Quality Control & Procurement Division Jammy by repair of existing eroded iron guarder (I Beam) 9.144 mtr. X 0.406 mtr. X 0.127 mtr. Assembled at 2nd place counting from West by way of extraction of guarder with the help of crane after dismantling of 9x3 mtr. Platform by cutting the MS bolts, lifting the platform, repairing of guarder by welding and changing the position of guarder placed at 2nd position from West with the guarder at 3rd position and re-assembling the platform by providing and fitting of new MS bolts as per sample, proper alignment of weigh bridge by grinding, cutting of plates if required. Extraction of damaged MS strips of the platform and providing and fitting of new MS strips as per sample on the platform. The job includes painting of weigh bridge with red oxide double coat and black colour water proof painting of the platform. The job also includes the providing and fitting of new Calibre Make Indicator and junction box after disconnecting all the connection of the Load Cells and Computer system software (Imagic Solution) by saving all the date and reloading after assembling the Junction Box and Indicator. The job also includes the providing and fitting of 4 No. stainless steel balls by dismantling the old corroded stainless steel balls of load cells. The job also includes charges of all the material, labour and tools and tackles. Note: The Job also includes Cost of stamping and certification by Legal Metrology Department (J&K)
