Repairs to potholes any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, including priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg/10 sq m and well ramming.

All as per item No -1 here- in- before, but making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumin of VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous mecadam,well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.30mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed mecadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc. 30 mm.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with air pressure to remove all loose dirt etc.

Applying evenly a priming coat with bituminous primer @ 5.00 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumen VG 10 on existing black top surface all as specified and directed.

Bituminious premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer using bitumin of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by self propelled mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller. Note : In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentate of binder content on minus side, the difference in quantity of binder content will be adjusted (minus) through supply only rates of paving bitumen VG-30 under respective item of this schedule. However no price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used/approved in the execution of work under this item.

Add to or deduct from item No 05 here-in-before for each extra/less Kg of binder used.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving bitumen binder laid and rolled including compaction to required gradient ,gradient and camber(consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm thick),complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sq m exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm deep including removing the material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and stacking complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient materials and camber required complete all as specified with granite stone aggregate complete

Preparing WBM surfaces by brush-ing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, swe-eping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. Applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metres (paving bitumen) with mechanical sprayers complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Bituminious premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) in single layer using bitumin of grade VG-30 with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using hot mix plant and laid by self propelled mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller.

Material and labour for preparation of old concrete surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

Supply and fixing of cat eyes of approved quality, aluminium dye cast body fixed on roads with adhesive complete including necessary drilling and fixing all as per manufacturers instruction.

Material and labour for providing solar Stud with high grade LED reflector of colour RED should be made of Toughened Aluminium aloy body and PC top 3x2 nos,uper bright LEDs,size of the stud should be 105x105x25mm,weight=500+/-20 gms,1nos 1.2 V rechargeable battery ,2.5v 0.25-0.30w solar panel,visibility upto 800 meters.Flash frequency of 1-2 Hz.The stud should have 02 nos of grouting shanks to make it anti-twist and anti-pullout.The stud should have a single piece moulded aluminium body to give it more strength it should not have a 2 part body fixed together with screws.
