Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris outside MoD land and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork , block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of AC Corrugated or semi corrugated sheet etc any thickness including ridges as in roof covering and stacking at site where directed and removal of debris to a outside MOD land and depositing where directed complete all as directed.

Surface excavation averaging 15cm deep and n.exc 30cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of UG cables etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for Hard core of broken hard stone or boulders of guage not exceeding 63 mm , deposited spread as subbase to inter locking tiles in layers n.exc 15cm thick , watered & well rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement. Note : Forming fair finished channel for drain using extra cement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F Aluminium Non Power Driven Turbo Roof ventilator , roof top of size 24" , Nos of venes 0.90mm thick , 03 Nos SKF bearing , Aluminium Pnumatric rivets 2.20 mm turbine , 642 mm outer dia doom thickness , 330 mm turbine doom dia , 630 mm turbine roter dia , 412 mm turbine height & overall weight of turbine not less than 6.01 Kg fixed as per manufacturers instruction on any description of roof top surface & testing on completion to satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge complete all as directed.

S&F mild steel rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. conforming to Grade E-250 quality `A’ all as specified and as directed.

S&F pre-painted galvalume (zincalume) aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to walls fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws or L type or J type or cranked hook bolts or as per manufacture instruction all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 2 mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc complete all as specified & as directed

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L for factory made chequered cement concrete tiles, 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement & pigment, over & including 20mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed(Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed.)

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L preparing new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over a coat of 3 mm thick white cement based wall care putty as ordered complete all as specified.

E&M : Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing taken down materials to a place where ordered for crediting including making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surface complete all as directed..

Point wiring with PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLS cable single core multistranded copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size, 1100 volts grade cable conforming to IS-694 1990 drawn in and including PVC rigid non metalic conduit (Medium Grade) fixed on surface of walls conforming to IS-9537 with all accessories including fabricated MS terminal boxes fixed flush with wall surface with 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches, sockets, regulator etc including 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed copper conductor earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified for :-(a) One light / Fan / bell point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way

(b) One 3 pin socket point 5/6 Amp on independent board

(c) One 3 pin socket point 5 Amp on same board with other switches.(to be provide new point as user reqairment)

All as per item No. 34 here-in-above but with 2.5sqmm ( Nominal area ) cable with 2.5 Sqmm size copper earth continuity conductor for 3 pin 15/16 A socket outlet on independent board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ceiling rose surface bakelite White / Ivory / Urea finish 50 mm dia three terminals including supply and fix PVC square mounting block complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan regulator electronic , step & socket type 230 volts , suitable for 1200 /1400 mm sweep ceiling fan complete all as directed.

M&L for taking down and dismantling of ceiling fan 1200mm/1400mm sweep 230 Volt 50 C/S AC of any make or model by opening the cover, separating down rod, rotor and stator assembly, locating the fault and making the fan fully in serviceable condition with & including replacing the bearing with similar type of exisitng one, worn out screws of the cover, split pin, twin core flexible copper wire of size 23/0.0076, locking nuts & machine screws with spring washer for ceiling fan blades, oiling and greasing etc, finally painting the ceiling fan with one coat of spray painting with white DUCO Paint & lettering & Numbering the same as per existing ,reassembling & testing the fan complete all as directed. Note :- (i) Any spare parts/accessories found unserviceable to make the fan functional shall be provied by the contractor without any extra cost as the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the same .Rewinding shall also be measured & paid for separately (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of painting .

M&L for rewinding of ceiling fan of size 1200mm/1400mm sweep, 230 volt, 50 C/S, AC by removing of burnt winding from stator and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge, same weight & turns including varnishing of winding & reassembling complete all as directed.
