Chair CB steel with/with out Arms; FD-75(m) (a) Removing the existing unserviceable broken seat & back frame of Chair CB Steel and supply and fixing new seat (70 Nos) & back (70 Nos) as existing made out of Ist class hard wood teak (Tectona Grandis) 1st quality duly painted in Jet black colour and canned as per drawing (Godrej pattern) with 2 mm wide cane for weaving and 4 mm wide for bordering. Canning hole shall be bored at 12.5 mm centre to centre. Back & Seat shall be fixed to frame with bolts and nuts making required holes to frame and steel tubuler (4 nos each).Rest all as per drawings and as directed by Engineer -in -charge.

(b) Taking out unserviceable hand rest from Chair CB steel with arm and S&F new hand rest of size 45x25mm, 440mm long duly polished matching with the existing hand rest. Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Chair revolving lab cum computer with or without arm -TP (a) Taking out unserviceable caster wheel from any type of chair revolving and S&F new caster wheel of different type as per trade pattern matching with the existing shape & size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Taking out unserviceable Rexine cloth from seat & back of chair revolving and S&F new Rexine cloth of approved quality & shade including replacement of foam cushion and plywood etc. all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(C ) Taking outunserviceable prang MS/PVC from chair revolving and S&F new prang MS/PVC with wheel matching with the existing shape and size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(d) Taking out of Hydrualic Assembly from Chair revolving High back/Low back/Med back/Computer and S&F new Hydrualic assembly different type as per trade pattern with the existing shape and size as all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Taking out unserviceable hand rest from chair revolving and S&F new hand rest of different type as per trade pattern matching with the existing hand rest.all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(f) Taking out unserviceable base form Chair revolving High back/Low back/Med back/Computer and S&F new base different type as per trade pattern with the existing shape and size all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

Almirah large steel /Med Steel FD-67(m)/1031/1032 (a) Removing the unserviceable handle and S&F new MS handle Chromium plated superior quality as approved by Engr -in Charge . Fixing shall be done as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

(b) Replace the unserviceable locking device complete set and S&F new locking device as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

(c) Removing the unserviceable shelves and supply and fix new shelves made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet as existing. Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

(d) Repair the door single side wherever unserviceable from Almirah large steel and supply and fix new door made out of 1 mm thick MS sheel as existing . Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

(e) Repair the door single side wherever unserviceable from Almirah Med Steel and supply and fix new door made out of 1mm thick MS sheel as existing . Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(f) Replace the unserviceable leg and S & F new leg made out 1 mm thick MS sheet as existing. Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

Charpoy GI with plywood top FD-220 (a) Removing the existing broken long rail and supply and fixing 32mm dia GI Pipe med grade of 1980mm long duly threaded at both ends as shown on drawing make: Jindal /TATA. Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge

(b) Removing the existing broken short rail, cutting and threading for short rails of 900 mm long from broken long rails retreved from old charpoy (S.No (a) and fixing as shown on drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(c ) Removing the existing broken legs, cutting and threading for legs of 440mm long from broken short rails retriieved from old charpoy (S.No (b) and fixing as shown of drg and directed by engineer in charge

(d) Supply and fixing check nut suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe, 6mm thick conforming to IS and directed by engineer in charge

(e) Supply and fixing elbow 3 way suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe ISI marked and directed by engineer in charge

Removing the unserviceable lock and supply and fixing new 6 lever MS lock Make Harrison/Link with duplicate keys of following items (S.No atod). Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge.

Taking out unserviceable stiffner and supply & fixing of new stiffner including painting the stiffner with 2 coats of synthentic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide of following items(S.No (a) & (b). Stiffner should be welded and size all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Removing the unserviceable plywood and supply and fixing new BWRl plywod of size 12mm thick ISI Marked of Make Kitply/greenply /century of S.No (a),(b) & (c ) Size as per Drg and directed by engineer in charge

Removing the old painted steel surfaces by sand papering , removing dents and bents and repainting/filling with steel putty and spray painting with 2 coats of synthetic enamel Olive Green/black/white Paint to give glossy finish over a coat of primer S.No (a) to (f) .Rest all as per drawing and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Removing unsv bush/shoes/knobs/toes and supply and fixing of new bush/shoe/toes/knobs. All as specified in drg and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
