Supplying and erection of galvanised stay set for 33 KV over head lines complete with 19/ 20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle ( 20 mm X 600 mm ), 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and 33 KV strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 33 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 65 mm X 65 mm X 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 2400 mm width X 2800 mm height complete with 50 mm X 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of three 11 KV disc insulator for 33 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.56 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 33 KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts, washers etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33 KV over head lines as required.

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/ aluminium over head conductor, G.I. wire, cross arms, insulators etc. as required. Supply Of 3C X 240 Sq mm 33 kV (UE) XLPE Cable With Stranded Compact Circular Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen With Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, Xlpe Insulated, Insulation Screening With extruded Semi Conducting Compound In Combination with Copper Tape, Cores Laid Up, Extruded Innersheath Of Pvc, Galvanised Steel Round Wire Armoured, And Overall Pvc Sheathed Cable Conforming To Is 7098 (Part-2) 2011, Including All Test Reports With Upto Date Amendments.

Supply of 10 mtr long 160 mm dia HDPE Pipe, (PE-80, PN-8) ISI marked and as per relevant IS specification

Laying and commissioning of 3-Core,33KV grade 240 sqmm XLPE cable with Horizontal Directional Drilling(HDD) method by providing 160mm HDPE pipe (PE-80, PN-8) pipe casing including jointing of HDPE Pipe, pit making for machine placement etc.(At a depth of 4 mtr below railway track )

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 33KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing of medium class G.I. pipe of 150 mm dia. (nominal) 6 metres doe raising cable through it in DP structure and all accessories for protection of under ground cable along with clamps as required.
