Engagement of Consultant for preparation of DPRs for Design Construction Installation and Commissioning of ZLDs in various Industrial Estates in Kashmir Regions

Preparation of DPR (Detailed Project Report) for ZLD's (Zero Liquid Discharge) construction project consisting of membrane (RO/UF) hybrid ZLD system and /or any other allied necessary system. The Preparation of DPR shall Include:- Recyclling system of ZLD to the individual units for indidual use, feasibility & preliminary study, process design & technology selection, detailed engineering design, site assessment, water audit, feed characterization, RO/UF/EVAP/Crystallizer/other selection, mass balance, PFDs, Hydrualic drawing, P&IDs, equipment sizing, utility requirements, layout, Civil & Structural deisgn, Electrical & Instrumentation, Building layouts, Foundation, Euipment support structures, Power Requirements, Control Philosophy, Automation Deisgn, EIA/EMP/CRZ (if applicable) Statutory Compliance, Environmental Impact Assessment, Financial Viability Analysis, Risk Assessment & Mitigation, CAPEX/OPEX modelling, HAZOP, Operational Risk, technology Risk, CPC/SPCB approval roadmap, consent to establish / operate, Site visits & Travel, Survey & Investigations, Pilot Plant Study/ Lab Testing, Feed Water treatability, membrane fouling Tests, Steam Economy, Heat Integration, Power Consumption optimization, energy Optimization study, Solid Waste Disposal Strategy, Salt Recovery, Hazardous / Non Hazardous Waste Charactarization, Disposal Plan, Multiple Site Investigations, Stakeholder meetings, topographical, Geotechnical, Hydrological Surveys, Water / Waste water characterizations, TDS, pH, Heavey Metals, COD / BOD etc., Laboratory Analysis, Digital Deliverables, presentations, report printing & Documentation and other required details as needed for ZLD Project.
