Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed by stone aggregate 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Providing cement concrete surface drain including earthwork in excavation, 10 cm thick base concrete and 15 cm thick side walling with 1:3:6 (1 cement; 3 coarse sand; 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) finishing with 1:4 (1 cement:4 sand) including 40mm thick Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry complete in its floor, top and exposed surface including earth work in excavation and disposal of surplus earth etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick glazed shutters for windows with Superior wood category-II(A) as per IS: 401 using 7.5 kg/Sqm (4 mm thick) glass panes including ISI marked stainless steel butt hinges using of required size with necessary screw etc. complete as per direction by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out PVC door shutter, replacing all the old MS butt hinges with new Stainless Steel hinges with necessary screws etc. and refixing of the door shutter to the existing PVC door frames all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing MS Grills of good condition from the dismantled windows/ ventilators and re-fixing the same in new opening/ new wooden window frames having the same size with rawl plugs and necessary screws etc.

Grill works from windows of area 3 sq.mtrs and below.

Providing and laying hollow block cement concrete block walling 200mm thick consisting of hollow block of size 400mm x 200mm x 200mm of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement; 3 coarse sand; 6 graded stone aggregate 10mm nominal size) having a crushing strength of 3.5 N/Sqm at 28 days as per IS:2185 (Part-I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement; 6 coarse sand) upto floor five level.
