Supply, installation,testing and Commissioning of EOT Crane 5 Ton including DSL with accessories as per specification attached in annexure.

(1) Only OEM or their Authorized Dealer/Agent should quote. (2) Dealers/Agents quoting on behalf of an OEM must submit Tender Specific Authorization from OEM, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected.

OEM or their Authorized dealer must comply parawise ANNEXURE/EOTC/5T/MLDT, General Electrical Specification,Special condition,Performa & CAMC condition attached with the tender document.

Tenderers must have to comply with all Technical Specification and other requirements as Per Specification attached vide COFMOW Specification No. COFMOW/IR/EOTC/2022 Rev-0 or Latest and IS- Specification (IS: 3177:2020 or Latest) [ANNEXURE/EOTC/5T/MLDT Attached]

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

TPI at OEM Premises.

EARNEST MONEY :- 1. Tenderers are required to deposit Earnest Money online equivalent to the amount mentioned in the tender document. Tenderers not submitting Earnest Money should clearly indicate in their offer the reasons for the same, and failure to do so will be taken as unwillingness on their part to deposit the Earnest Money. 2. Amount of EMD (rounded off to nearest higher Rs. 10 (ten)) to be taken in tenders, Wherever applicable. a) It will be @ 2% of the estimated tender value up to Rs. 50 Cr. subject to maximum EMD of Rs. 20 lakh. b) EMD will be Rs. 50 lakh for tenders above Rs. 50 Cr. 3. Exemption from Submission of Earnest Money: The under noted categories of tenderers need not deposit Earnest Money:- a. Firms registered with MSE for tendered item as specified in para-3(b)(I)/NSIC. b. Tender cases of value up to and including Rs. 25 lakh unless otherwise mentioned in the tender. c. Other Railways and Government departments. d. Indian Ordinance factories. e. PSUs owned by Ministry of Railways and PSUs for the group of items that are manufactured by them. f. Vendors registered with Railways for the trade group of the item tendered. g. Vendors appearing on the approved vendor lists of DSO/PUs/CORE, subject to approval status being valid on the date of tender closing. h. Vendors registered with Railways for supply of medicine, medical equipments and consumables shall be exempted from submission of EMD for these items. i. In tenders issued against PAC, OEM in whose favour PAC has been issued shall be exempted from submitting EMD. KVIC and ACASH shall be exempted from EMD for items supplied by them. 4. Offers of tenderers who do not submit Earnest Money, and are also not exempted from submission of Earnest Money shall be summarily rejected. 5. The purchaser reserves the right to forfeit the Earnest Money Deposit if the tenderer withdraws or revises his offer within the validity period or fails to deposit Security Money in terms of Clause6 of this document. 6. No interest shall be payable by the purchaser on the Earnest Money. EMD of unsuccessful bidders and tenderers shall be released immediately after finalization of the tender.

SD: - Firms must agree to furnish Security Deposit @ 5% of the value of contract, failing which offer of the firm will be summarily rejected except for those tenderers who are exempted from paying Security Deposit. Bidders seeking waiver of security deposit as per will have to submit requisite documentary evidence by uploading the same while submitting online bids. Refer Railway Board Letter No.-2020/RS(G)/779/16 dated 27.02.2024.

CAMC :- FIRM SHOULD QUOTE SUITABLE RATE FOR COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT (CAMC) FOR 5 YEARS AFTER WARRANTY in the offer. This rate will be considered in Evaluation of Tender. However, railway has the right to decide whether CAMC element will be included in the Contract Agreement or not.

The CAMC rates submitted by the successful bidder in CAMC shall be applicable for the CAMC, post expiry of warranty period. The rates submitted by the successful bidder in CAMC shall be binding on the successful bidder for entering into the CAMC.

CAMC shall be processed before expiry of warranty period. However the Purchase Order shall be issued only for the item mentioned in description and not for CAMC.

OEM or their Authorised dealer must supply DSL of adequate current carrying capacity of all the combined load. As 03 nos 5Ton EOT crane will be operated on same DSL

OEM or their Authorised dealer must conduct survey at DLS MALDA before manufacturing of crane for measurment of actual parameters. As parameter mention in LEADING PARAMETER of EOT CRANE is approximate.(Documet attached).

Non responsive Offers with DP longer than the Tender will be liable to be summarily rejected and will be passed over. Delivery/Installation Period Offer should be within proposed Delivery Period.
