S & F cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 1.1 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core of size 95 sqmm to 150 Sqmm complete including taking out old unserviceable end termination jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable end termination jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 1.1 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core of size 185 sqmm to 240 Sqmm complete including taking out old unserviceable end termination jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting & trimming of tree branches any girth and size touching to overhead lines and cleaning the distance 1.5 mtr both sides of overhead line with in a gap of span 40 mtrs each and removing the same cleaning the site all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation, laying of poles, cables in trenches and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as directed and specified.

Returning, filling including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick complete all as all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a lvevel not exceeding 1.5 mtrs above from the starting point complete all as all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread approved dry river sand for cushioning of cable including watering and consolidation, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

M&L brick protection with common burnt bricks sub class ‘B’ of size 230 x 113 x 75mm for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable/pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning thoroughly LT distribution steel poles of any height and any description (Maximum 9 Mtr long) with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping of old corroded paint dirt/ rust carefully and applying two coats aluminium paint including marking of pole numbers and colour washing of pole coping complete all as specified and directed .

Removing Existing unserviceable Analog voltmeter with electrical connections and supply, install and testing new analog voltmeter 0-500V complete all as specified and directed.

Removing Existing unserviceable Analog ammeter with electrical connections and supply, install and testing new analog ammeter 0-250A/100A with necessary wires & CTs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commission CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated, outdoor type, LT FEEDER PILLAR BOX made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size 1M x 0.75M x 0.35M with projected globe roof for rainwater protection dust and vermin proof, double door with both side opening including neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc cromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc. and embeded with 50x50x6mm MS angle iron frame, 600mm above the normal ground level complete with internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands, PCC foundation in cement concrete 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and comprising of the following :- (a) Aluminium busbar 200 amps - 04 Nos, supported on suitable size of heavy duty porcelin stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. M&L for repair of existing LT panel outddor/indoor type by properly fixing loose/dislocated MS doors complete with provision of hinges and welding at locations as necessary, provision of tower bolt as per as existing size including painting of internal and external surfaces with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour after preparation of old painted surfaces complete as required for smooth operation of panel and as directed by the Engr-in-charge (Size of Panel board n.exc 2.25x1.2x0.6 m) NOTE: Cost of MS sheet, Tower bolt, sliiding bolt as required shall be included in the unit rate quoted by the Contractor.
