M&L for broken stone or boulders hard core of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Sand filling under floors 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for factory made pre-cast cement concrete solid blocks type B1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of any size/thickness set in Cement Mortar 1:4 for path edging etc, embedded in position including all necessary form work, excavation and earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & weathering / champhering temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new concrete surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including priming paints complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in post holes soft/ loose soil (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, in soft soil and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F steel work in tubular pole or pole including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS - 1161-1998 duly ISI marked, having min YST-240 Grade, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Tata/ Jindal/ Sail

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M & L for machine pressed precast coloured interlocking paving blocks of 80mm thick factory casted using grey cement and with pigment, machine pressed and of any shape hexagon/ triangular/ zigzag/ I-shaped etc as directed having compressive strength not less than 400 Kg/ Sqcm M-40 grade conforming to IS-15658-2006 and laid over complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new and previously un-treated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cmwidth or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavation in trenches soft loose soil not exc. 1.5 meter wide and not exc. 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note : Necessary dewatering of water shall be included in the unit rate of item

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Brick work with old size sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material or surplus soil not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
