Fabrication of support Structures, pipe supports as per drawings, including 24 numbers of holes of dia 39 mm on 36 mm thick carbon steel plate , supply of anchor & M16 fasteners as required for fixing the frame and support, supply and application of one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint as per the detailed technical specification.

Supply of ASTM A105, Tongue & Groove male weld neck flanges of size 150 NB, # 300 Rating as per drawing and technical specification. DPT on all surfaces is to be carried out, acceptance will be as per the technical specification. Material test mill certificate, and IBR certificate is to be submitted.

WCB, Butt welding Ends, weldable to 40 Sch pipe.Valve shall be supplied with mill certificate, RT reports of casting, UT reports for applicable parts. Hydro test of valve body and seat leak test for each valve, make of valve shall be as per the technical specification.

Supply of 300 rating, 200 NB. Globe valve(with rope sealing for gland) conforming to ASTM A216 Gr. WCB, Butt welding Ends, weldable to 40 Sch pipe.Valve shall be supplied with mill certificate, RT reports of casting, UT reports for applicable parts. Hydro test of valve body and seat leak test for each valve, make of valve shall be as per the technical specification.

Supply of 150 NB, Sch. 40 seamless pipe, conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr. B. UT, DPT is to be carried out, acceptance criteria is as per the technical specification. Material test certificate and IBR certification is to be provided.

Supply of 200 NB, Sch. 40 seamless pipe conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr. B. UT, DPT is to be carried out, acceptance criteria is as per the technical specification. Material test certificate and IBR certification is to be provided.

Fabrication and welding of pipes, the work involves preparation of drawings, cutting to required size as per drawing, Edge preparation, Butt / Nozzle / Mitre welding of 25 NB, 150 NB & 200 NB sch. 40 Pipes using GTAW method, LP Examination at root & final passes and 10% RT as per technical specification and hydro testing of entire system up to 60 bar pressure

Erection of CS pipe sub-assemblies, valves and other specialties on permanent pipe supports as per drawing, removal of all sub pipe assemblies and re erection in another site.

Application of hot insulation ( Rock wool & ceramic cloth) on the Steam Pipe having 150 and 200 NB pipes and Valves and valves

Transporting of 8 Ton mechanical equipments on road with transit insurance to the value of 1 crore (equipment cost ) from kalpakkam site to SBC Vishakhapatnam . This work involves safe loading and unloading in both the sites, material handling equipment will be provided by the department, transit insurance shall be taken with Central Government approved insurance company or government, Toll, interstate permits on road will be borne by the contactor and all other terms and conditions are applicable as per technical specification. All the security clearences for both sites to be taken care by contractor.

Fabrication, Calibration, hydro testing and supply of venturi meter- with Long radius flow nozzle assembly , capable of measuring steam flow from 0 to 50 Ton /Hour at temperature 30 bar, 300 Degree Celsius. Material ASTM A 105, ends shall be capable of butt welding with ASTM A 106 Grade B pipe of 150 NB, Sch. 40, in up & downstream with total length 1000 mm, venturi shall consist with two pairs of 1/2" NPTF D & D/2 taps with one pair plugged and two condensing pot of 80 NB, Sch. 40, UT is to be done on all raw material before starting machining as per the relevant standard
