Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including fitting, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetations grass , bush ,wood trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1.5 m above ground level and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50m outside the periphery of UPPCL area cleared

Earth filling under floors and sub station area including cost of earth when obtained from outside Board's area including its carriage including watering ramming in 20cm layers and dressing of earth etc. all complete.

Concrete with 4 cm gauge Ist class brick ballast, coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 10:5:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As same in item No. 4 above in the proportion 4:2;1 and with 20mm gauge approved hard stone ballast including necessary side and shuttering if required

As same in item No. 4 above in the proportion 3:1.5:1 and with 20mm gauge approved hard stone ballast including necessary side and shuttering if required

First class brick (Class-150 work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

First class brick (Class-150 work in 1:6 cment and coarse sand (F.M. to 2.5) mortar in super structure for one brick thickness wall including necessary cutting and moulding of brick and required and also including honeycomb brick.

As in item No. 08 above but for half brick thick walls in 1:4 in superstructure

Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick commercial quality flush door shutters including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of oxidized hinges, bolts, locks, handles, springs and/or other fitting and including their supply and including painting with two coats of black Japan on all iron fittings if necessary

Mild steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, built up gates, door and window frames, trench cover and edging boundary posts etc. wrought to required form including drilling holes, rivetting or welding where necessary band also including supply of all steel sections, bolts nuts etc. and their fixing including erection of the structures in proper positions and alignments as per direction of E/I. Labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

TMT/Tor steel work in plain work such as RCC or R.B. work wrought to required shape as necessary including cutting and bending for proper completion of the work including supply of steel and wastage, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Authorised over lapes, hooks and bends shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor)

S/F galvanised mosquito proof jali(16x24 gauge) with M.S. flat of 20x3 mm size both side screwed or welded to window or door frame.

Supply and fixing 24 B.W.G.Galvanized Corrugated Iron roofing fixed with J or U bolts 10mm dia with G.I Limpet & bitumen washer including supply of all materail, labour ,wastage and T&P rtc required for proper completion of the work

12 mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 cement and coarse sand (FM 2.20) mortar including supply of all mataerials,& T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

As in item No. (15) above but in 1:6 (one part cement and four part coarse sand )

3 mm thick neat cement finish over roof with water proofing compound completed.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm. graded approved stone ballast laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Ist class brick on flooring bricks laid flat dry joints sand filled including preparing of base to proper slope & its ramming, including cost of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Straight over burnt brick on edge floor-laid dry joints sand filled, including preparation of base to proper slope and its ramming including supply of all material labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

S/F 8 mm white glazed tiles of size 300x300 mm in flooring laid with 1:3 cement & approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing & polishing complete, including supply of all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

S/F 6 mm white glazed tiles of size 200x300mm in skirting, wall or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry, jointing and polishing complete, including supply of all materials labour and Tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing on previously painted old wood or iron work in two coats including its sand papering, rubbing & cleaning as required complete with supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Oil bound distemper two coats (Berger or equivalent) on old previously distemper surface including supply of material labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as

Finishing walls with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality like "Super Snowcem" or equivalent on previously old treated surface with this paint to give an even shade including supply of all materials, labour and Tools and Plants etc. required for proper completion of work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer or ICI or equivalent brand for smoothening and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of Engineer including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Dismantling damaged C.C. or brick or granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantling with in a distance of 60 mts.

Dismantling existing plaster including displosal of refuse as directed by the I/c with in a distance of 60M

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distmper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer Incharge within distance of 60M

Cleaning of Septic tank including disposal of waste outside the UPPCL Area as per direction of Engineer Incharge complete.

S/L chicken Mesh hexagonal heary quality over roofs of joints of roof as per direction of Engineer in-charge

Providing and fixing of 15 mm dia B-class Jindal, JTC ISI marked G.I. pipes complete with special such as bend, tee, socket, cross clamps etc. earth work including the trenches etc. required for proper completion of the work the rate also includes concealed G.I. fitting where required cutting & making good the wall etc. and all materials labour and T&P complete

As in item No. 32 above but galvanized mild steel pipe R.M. 20 mm dia

Providing and fixing full way G.M. gate valve 15 mm dia with wheel, ISI mark heavy quality including supply of all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

P/F first quality white glazed earthen ware orrisa pattern w.c. pan size 580 mm (Hindustan or cera) or equivalent make with 10 cm. dia HCI 'P' of approved make including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

P/F wash hand basin (56x41 cm) of white glazed earthen ware of Hindustan/Perry or equivalent make complete

S/F of PVC low level cistern Hindustan, or equivalent make 10 liter capacity complete with all accessories including cost of all materials, labour T&P etc. complete

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrance with resilient acrylic polymers(asian,cico,durabuild or equivalent brand as approved by E/I )having sun reflectivity index(SRI)of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.7litre/10sqm. One coatof self priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid(dilution with water in ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproof liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500microns).The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particleswith fine brushes,complete in all respect as per the direction -in-charge with 7years warranty.
