Carriage of all line material such as MS Top channel, 11 KV Pin Insulator, Pin with Nut, 11 KV TPMO, 11 KV Fuse Set, LT Incoming Panel with metering equipment, Copper L-Piece, LT PVC Cable, Alluminium Lug, 4 core LT MCB with box, Danger Board etc. from Store Centre Shahibabad/ Ghaziabad/ JE Store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Carriage of 04 No. 250 KVA T/F from Store Centre Shahibabad/ Ghaziabad Store to site of work including loading and unloading at both ends.

Construction of plinth of size 2MX2MX1.5M above ground level and one ft. below the ground level of 9”. After excavation of 4” earth, brick ballast shall be provided and rammering will be done properly after that a retaining wall of 9” width by first class brick in ratio 1:4 of cement and sand shall be made. The earth shall be filled upto one ft. below the top of the plinth. After this brick ballast shall be provided upto 6” from the earth level and froper rammering shall be done. One no. jaal of 12mm MS Tor shall be fixed in the hollow of the plinth and one ft. thick RCC in 1:2:4 ratio of cement , sand and stone ballast shall be laid on the top of the plinth. The 12mm thick plastering shall be done all around the plinth in ratio 1:4 ratio of cement and sand. The contractor shall be responsible to complete the work as per direction of supervising Engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of the work (This material will be provided by the Contactor).

Fabrication of wire mesh fencing frames of different size fabricate out of MS angle iron of size 35x35x5mm2. Each frame duly welded and fixing with wire mesh of size 25x25x10 SWG hot dipped galvanized within the frame pressed under MS flats of size 40x5mm inside the angle on all four side with help of approx. 20No. Bolts & Nuts of 10mm diameter 45cm legs of frame will be grouted in 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and 20mm gauge stone blast in the size of 0.22x0.22x0.45meter. Each will be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of Alluminium paint of approved mark after proper cleaning. Fixing of wire mess fencing around on plinth of T/F with wire gauge 25x25mm, MS Angle 35x35x5mm with gate.

Propper Installation of 250 KVA T/F on newly constructed plinth/existing plinth with the help of crane/ labour as per respo.

Dismantling of OLD Transformer from existing site (100KVA).

Making of connection at both side of T/F with conductor & PVC Cable.

Work of Chemical Earthing (01 No. Body & 01 No. Neutral). All the material as per IS for Checmical Earthing will be provided by the contractor including labour.

Fixing of 11 KV Pin Insulator, TPMO and Fuse Set for completion of work as per respo.

Fixing of 4 core LT MCB with box as per respo.

Providing and fixing of Danger Board with barbed wire including jumper. Making connections of consumers by Distribution box.

Carrige of Old 100 KVA Transformer from site of work to store/JE/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad store including loading and unloading at both end.
