Provision of Standby LT Panel and allied works at ATS Complex, KIA, Bangalore

SH I: SITC OF LT PANEL AND ASSOCIATED WORKS Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Cubicle type LT Panel (TTA Type) conforming to IEC 61439-1&2 and of Form 4b construction, indoor type with IP 42 protection class, suitable for 415V ± 10%, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz, AC supply system, fabricated in compartmentalized modular design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for gland plates i/c cleaning and finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having TPN copper busbars of high conductivity with DMC/SMC busbar supports and shortcircuit withstand capacity as per design subject to minimum 50 kA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5mm thick, fabrication shall be done in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common Copper earth busbar of size as per IS 3043 subject to a minimum 50mm x 6mm at the rear with 2 nos earth stud, solid/flexible connections from main busbar to switchgears with required size of Copper conductors/busbars and control wiring with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable (FRLS), cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half, required auxillary relays/trip alarm contacts, SPDs, Linear Pneumatic Heat Detection Tube suppression system, Hooter with Annunciation, switchgears and accessories as detailed below and as per specifications. INCOMING : (i) 800A, 50kA (Ics=100% Icu rating), Microprocessor based Four Pole MCCB with adjustable Overload, Short Circuit and in-built Earth Fault Protection along with all accessories - 02 Set. (ii) Three phase Digital Multifunction Meter with communication facility along with three nos of CTs of 800/5A, 15 VA, Class 1.0 etc. and control MCB's - 02 set. (iii) Set of LED type indicating lamps for R,Y,B, ON, OFF & TRIP with control MCB's - 02 set (iv) Type 1+2, 80/100kA, Three phase & neutral, Surge Protection Devices (SPDs) with potential-free contacts and suitable rating control MCB/fuse – 02 Sets BUSCOUPLER : (i) 800A, Four Pole MCCB (without protection release) along with all accessories - 01 Set. (ii) Set of LED type indicating lamps for ON & OFF with control MCB's - 02 set MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL INTERLOCK : Mechanical Interlocking arrangement between incomers and buscoupler with 3 lock and 2 key - 1 set BUSBARS : FP Copper extensible type Bus Bar of Minimum 1000 Amps capacity - 01 Set. OUTGOINGS : (i) 400A, 36kA (Ics=100% Icu rating), Microprocessor based Four Pole MCCB with adjustable Overload, Short Circuit and in-built Earth Fault Protection along with all accessories - 04 Set. (ii) 250A, 36kA (Ics=100% Icu rating), Microprocessor based Four Pole MCCB with adjustable Overload, Short Circuit and In-Built Earth Fault Protection along with all accessories - 06 Set. (iii) Three phase Digital Comprehensive Power & Energy Meter with communication facility, three nos of suitable ratio CTs, 15 VA, Class 1.0 etc. and Control MCB's - 10 set. (iv) Set of LED type indicating lamps for ON, OFF & TRIP with control MCB's - 10 set ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS : (i) Linear Pneumatic Heat Detection Tube suppression system with suitable capacity cylinders along with clean agent (FK-5-1-12), Direct Low Pressure (DLP) assembly with automatic valve, push-in connectors, mounting brackets, end-of-line adapter, low pressure switch for monitoring activation, master control unit, pressure switches, buzzers and electronic hooters, including all necessary accessories and wiring to make the system functional with PESO / BIS / VDS / UL Components (Gas, tube, pressure switch, and end of line) / LPCB approved as per Specification.– 01 Set (ii) Hooter with Annunciation : Common Hooter for annunciation during incoming / outgoing feeder trips and SPD fault including silence/reset push button, indicator lamp, and all necessary accessories - 01 Set (iii) Panel illuminating lamp, Space heater with thermostat and MCB - As required.
