Repair/ replacement of unserviceable ceiling fan 1200mm sweep 230V, AC single phase, cutting unserviceable winding from fan stator & rewinding same with super enameled copper winding wire of existing gauge size including thoroughly cleaning all the components, oiling, greasing & replacement of rusted unserviceable screws, hanging clamps with rubber reel, canopy condensers, bearing, bushes & flexible copper connection wire etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note 1. : Hanging clamps, canopy, condenser and flexible copper connection wire, bearing, bushes, painting down rod, clamps shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item of BOQ). Note 2 : Repair/rewinding of fan shall be carried out in MES MT Yard ONLY

All as per Srl item No 01 here-in-before but of size 1400 mm sweep.

Scraping down old paint of ceiling fan of any size 1200/1400mm sweep complete body & blade including down rod filling the cavities with filler and making smooth surface by applying sand paper painting the ceiling fan by means spray gun/brush with synthetic enamel white paint of make : Nerolac/ASIAN, writing the MES No with letter of 20mmsize on each fan with black paint complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing flexible three core copper cable of size 23/0.0076 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Note : 0.8 mtr wire shall be used for one connection)

Supply only fan regulator Electronic (socket) type , single phase 230 volts complete and all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Srl item No. 9 to 23 : Item shall be used in respective item of BOQ Note :- A Sum of Rs. 1,57,595.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantling/demolished/taking down material.
