Sub-Head : Earth Work

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within a lead of 50 m and lift upto1.5 m.

All kinds of soil.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Sub-Head : Concrete Work

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Sub-Head : Masonry Work

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricksof class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in :

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Sub-Head : Steel Work

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.

80x0.90 mm M.S. laths with 0.90 mm thick top cover.

Providing and fixing ball bearing for rolling shutters.

Extra for providing grilled rolling shutters manufactured out of 8 mm dia M.S. bar instead of laths as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge, (area of grill to be measured).

Sub-Head : Flooring

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath &courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Dark shade pigment using ordinary cement.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6mm flat iron section.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion,

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Sub-Head : Repairs to Buildings

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Sub-Head : Dismantling and Demolishing

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Sweeping, cleaning & wet mopping on all working days for room floors of ISRO portion room of Energy Block Building, Ranchi passage, staires, including daily washing of toilets, baths including attached dado, skirting, urinal partitions, cleaning & disinfecting w.c pans, wash basins, urinal etc. with necessary chemicals including dusting of furniture, doors, windows, internal walls, ceilings, Aluminium partitions etc. complete including sweeping of path way and daly maintening of garden and cleaning of grass time to time of ISRO campus near Energy block as per attached specifications & directions of Engineer - in - charge.

Repairing of Sensor Urinal Flusher with changing of battary and required parts/ materials including labour etc all complete as per direction-of-Engineer in charge.

Taking out, repairing and fixing rolling shutters for eassy push and pull operation including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and required materials etc all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC floor trap of self cleansing design complete, including cost of cutting and making good the walls and floors :

Sub-Head : Horticulture and Landscaping

Providing and Displaying Allyssum white in full bloom well developed fresh & healthy Plant in 20 cm Earthen Pot/Plastic Pot and as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Supplying Rose in different colour 2 to 3 healthy branch 30 cm and above ht. well developed with 8 or more flowers / flower buds in 20 cm Earthen pot/ Plastic pot

Supplying Seasonal Flower in different colour and different variety as per direction of EIC

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 k.m.lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unserveiceable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water)
