Complete taking down/demolition carefully any type of existing roof treatment i.e. mud phuska, brick coba, brick tiles, any type of tiles, PCC, plastering, leeping etc. of any type including cleaning the surface after removal (removing the rubbish) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Rate of removal of debris outside from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and slurry 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for nominal mix of cement concrete type A0 (1:1.5:3) using 12.5 mm graded aggregate as in roof for maint the uniform slope all as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for surface preparation of all foreign material such as grass roots dust/mud etc and roughening the concrete surfaces by wire brushes, covering roof, applying cement screed bed of 10 mm thick 1:4 with water proofing compound @ 3% weight of cement as per manufacture instructions along with APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100 micron HMHDPE, weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm and clear thickness of membrane not less than 3mm thickness, on newly prepared surface with overlap while torching shall be 100mm on length side & 100mm on width side of memberance as per manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed with the following description. (a) Apply evenly a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm. (b) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @1.20 Kg/Sqm as IInd course. (c) Laying of APP modified polymeric membrane as a IIIrd course. (d) A coat of bonding bitumen confirming to IS -702 of grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm as a forth course. (e) Final coat of two coats of Aluminium paint.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for gunniting to RCC works in column, beams, slabs, chajja, facia, landing, balconies etc by removing/ dismantling of RCC(loose concrete) including plaster and cutting of steel bar including plaster cleaning of surfaces with wire brushes and applying epoxy, paint anti corrosive coating of minimum 40-50 microns thick with sika top Armatec 108 or Colusal VL of MC Bauchemie to rusted steel reinforcement after removing cleaning all rust and supply and fixing welded steel wire mesh 75mm x75mm with 4mm dia steel wire as facies/drops and similar works etc and expoxy based or other equivalent suitable bonding against treatment to be carried out on old concrete surface with Sikadur 32 of Sikka. Nito bond EP of fosroc or equivalent (as per manufacturers instruction) to bond old and new concrete mixing @ 2% by weight of cement polycrete and providing gunniting with a minimum pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg sqcm and applying 25mm to 100 mm thick gunniting in cement mortar (1:2) (one part of cement and two part of ghaghar sand) with plastering (1:4) using ordinary port land cement of 43 grade over wherever required at any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note:- (i) After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surface shall be thoroughly scrubbing with. (ii) Additional reinforced TMT bars where incorporated in work and including 20mm thick cement plaster in 1:4 on gunniting surface to be included in quoted rate (iii) Work may be carried out as in patches and scattered locations of bldgs as directed by Engr-in-charge. (iv) Rate for steel scaffolding deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) All demolished material removed from MOD land completely. No extra cost claimed by contractor for same.

M&L for brick work built in cement and sand mortar 1:6 with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m means radius complete all as specified incl demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortar in foul condition etc complete all as specified

Taking down loose cement plaster on brick, stone walls or concrete surfaces of any description/position etc including racking out joints, hacking for keys scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height. Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12 mtr height from ground floor. No extra claim by the contractor for same. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth w/o using extra complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- All works to be carried out up to Approx 12 mtr height .Rates included to the necessary steel scaffolding required for execution of works upto Approx 12 mtr height from ground floor. No extra claim by the contractor for same. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fare face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for light coloured joints free Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed. All dismantling/ demolished material to be removed from MoD land completely. Rate of removal outside of MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position at any height not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition)

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface size 350mm x 450 mm x 7 mm in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement paste pigmented to the shade. etc including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 including dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed. All dismantling/demolished material removed from MOD land completely. Rate of removal outside side from MoD land deemed to be included in the same item.

M&L 20 mm granite stone slabs of approved shade, external edges moulded half rounded, bedded in cement screed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixtures of pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding, polishing, dismantling floor and screeding etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. All debris must be removed outside from MoD land completely.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking out shutter from frame) not exceeding 1.50 sqm each in doors, windows & ventilators etc. removal from site & making good disturbed portion of jamb, cill etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F frameless toughned door 10mm thick frosted glass with SS hinges, patch, floor spring, SS handle 450mm long both side with complete hardware as required at site and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down steel ventilators, windows any size and making good disturbed portion of jamb, cill etc complete and providing and fixing powder coated, aluminium window/ventilator with sliding glazed shutter along with stainless wire mesh shutter along with aluminium frame of 1.55mm thick, tinted glass of 5.50mm thick and aluminium anodised grill fixed to frame with locking arrangement, handles fixed complete and finished with metal paste on gap of the surface with necessary jointing clips, aluminium snap beading, screws, click handle etc complete fixed to frame in contact with brick work all as directed and specified and approved.

S&F 500 Litre capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with fittings and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 1000 Litre capacity of rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (Cylindrical vertical with closed tap) hoisted and fixed in position including 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade washout pipe 450 mm long with plug and 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade overflow pipe 600 mm long with all fittings and including dismantling of tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down or up 15 mm bore galvanised iron tubing and connection and S & F GI tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed to walls & ceilings or laid in floors, cutting chases for concealed water tubing and making good, bore of pipe 15 mm complete all as specified.

Ditto all as per serial item 24 here in before but 20 mm bore.

S & F of 110 mm bore of pipe PVC (SWR) bends of any radius / shoe fixed to PVC pipes as directed

S&F 100mm dia & vent pipes in any length PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors with or without ears, with cement joints but fixed to walls & fixing with clamps including PVC bends of any radius, necessary fittings like T bends, couplers, reducers, vent cowls etc as required in site including complete dismantling and disconnecting old existing pipe as found complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC wall louvered/plain panelling consisting of 5mm thick PVC sheet of any colour any pattern including dismantling of old panelling as per the user requirement including fillet grid fixing at site on wall as frame complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Design and colour shall be approved by GE and no extra claim by contractor for same. The debris should be properly disposed off the MoD premises.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self-tapping screws to steel frame work including nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges for north light truss complete all as specified.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup- ports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc for fair finish surface all as spfd and directed.

M&L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide for fair finish surface all as spfd and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staple

Demolition of Cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified. Debris should be disposed off the MoD premises.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) as in foundation, subbase under chequered tiles, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified. Debris should be properly disposed off the MoD premises.

M&L for 200 mm bore Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches and jointed including demolition & breaking up of 200 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced pipes) set in cement mortar and providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 200 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested including necessary earth work, removal of demolished materials etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for mirror polishing on marble/ granite/ Kota stone/ stone work steps including cleaning the surface, grinding, polishing with abrasives, buffing and sealing the newly polished surface where ever required to give high gloss finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete repairing/removal of existing Grease trap, cleaning, removing the silt, plastering inner walls, making new cover and properly connecting it to the nearest manhole complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 100 mm thick as in floors type B2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate) finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection/ path laid in panel surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, Fan, Socket or power) fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc complete removing material to store for keeping in safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc all as specified as directed.

S&F in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps ,10 KA 230 Volts ,50 HZ complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in -charge .
