| 3.01 | SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OF CAPACITY 330 KLD ( CONSIST OF 2 NOS OF PACKAGE TYPE EACH OF 165 KLD - Two Skid ) with Tertiary treatment plant and allied Tanks. Design, Supply, Erection, Installation and Testing & Commissioning of complete FRP MBBR Based Underground Packaged Sewage Treatment plants with inbuilt standard manhole & cover to handle total domestic sewage of 330 KLD based on MBBR ( Moving Bed Bio Reactor) consisting of fiber glass reiforced plastic (FRP) Horizontal tank made as per BS 4994:1987 standard. Each FRP tank must have minimum thickness of 9+/- 0.3 mm made from isopathic unsaturated polyster raisin and glass fiber with hollow ribbing of polymeric materrial of minimum 50 mm thickness encased on outside of the tank with polyster resin and fiber glass to make tank suitable for underground application upto and over burden of 2.30 mtr of soil on top.The sewage recycle plant should be designed to treat 330 Cum of sewage per day. Note :- All civil works to be paid and measured seperately . STP to have four zones – first zone to work as anaerobic/solid separation zone with suitable partition of FRP housed in single tank. Second zone to work as anoxic zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank. Third zone to work as MBBR Aeration zone also created with suitable partition of FRP housed in a single tank with advanced polymeric media with a surface area to volume ratio of minimum of 400 Sq. Mtr / Cubic meter suitably encased in a polymeric net to allow free movement of the media within fixed space created by the net. MBBR Aeration zone will get separate aeration through external Twin Lobe Air Blowers one working + one standby installed for providing air flow of minimum 660 cum/hr by coarse aeration for speedy reduction of BOD. Air blowers shall be designed to provide air to wet well cum equalization tank apart from the package STP. The fourth and the final/last STP zone also created & housed in a single FRP tank to work as sedimentation zone. Sedimentation zone to have submersible pump installed separately of 1.0 HP motor for pumping the activated sludge back to the anaerobic zone by way of PVC pipes of min 50 mm diameter on a regular basis. Intermediate zone housed in the next FRP tank which will store STP outlet secondary water with a filter Feed Pump installed inside the zone one working + one standby for pumping the secondary treated water into Tertiary Treatment Plant (PSF & ACF Filters) with a partition in FRP and the Sixth zone named Treated water tank housed in the same FRP tank to store the treated water received from Tertiary treatment. There will be chlorine dosing done separately or online in the final treated water tank. The whole plant to be controlled by Relay Base Control panel made from sheet molded compound of other accessories such as PVC Pipe Fittings–1 Lot, FRP Strap as per diameter of the tank, turn buckle–1 Lot, Wire Rope–1 Lot, manhole cover as per the drawing, Eye Bolt–1 Lot, Wire Lock–1 Lot along with Multi Grade Filter– 20 m3/hr -1 Nos, Activated Carbon Filter–20 cum/hr - 1 Nos, Filter Feed Pump-2 Nos (1W +1S) & Hypochlorite Dosing System-1 Nos.,electromagnetic flowmeter, Each Tank must be Air-Tight which makes it stronger & durable and it also helps in maintaining Anaerobic & Aerobic conditions including necessary chemical dosing (Chemical’s addition allowed ONLY for Tertiary Treatment). Internal piping for maintaining hydraulic retention time shall be inside the modular plant. All the external equipment’s like pumps, blowers and electrical needs to be mounted in a blower room . | 1 | Each | - | - |
| 3.02 | M.S. puddle flange (hot dip galvanized after fabrication), inlet, outlet overflow, vent, M.S. cover, drain channel with M.S. gratings sump to house pumps. Bar screen shall be a part of the STP and having 10 mm spacing between bar made from M.S. Epoxy painted. Space being a severe constraint, compact underground prefabricated systems are preferred. Due weightage will be given to energy efficient and low running cost systems. The system shall be provided with relay base control panel, air blower, submersible pump and all other accessories mentioned in the tendering specifications. The complete STP should be provided with M&L for Online continues monitoring system for 330 KLD STP facilitate with operated on duel beam UV Vis-absorption apectrometry as measuring priciple. COD, BOD &TOC is independent programme for calibration, analysis and validation as compared to parameters calculation for one to another parameter such as COD to BOD to TOC of other system, PH & temperature measuring pricipal is unique, non porus/non-leaking combined refer electrode for technically consisting pH performance including :- (a) PH (b) BOD (c ) COD (d) Total suspended solds (e) Oil and Grease 3 G/4G Sim card for online connectivity The STP also provided with SCADA system comaptible with Online continues monitoring system with supply and fix computer Hardware and Software, suitable for SCADA system for 330 KLD STP plant based on MBBR Technology and designed for automatic operation system through PLC / supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) including facility for the automatic operation through PLC , manual operation , intervention through SCADA / HMI , local operation through local control panel located near equipment and following feature : CPU:- (i) Processr Intel i5 higher

(iv) Power supply 240V, 50Hz , single phase Providing and fixing of one cloud lightening arrester connected to the earthing system to safe guard the building structure . It should be fixed at the top of the building. Two numbers fire fighting baby gas cylinders also provided inside the STP building. NOTE: (i)The complete STP includes SCADA Enabled LT Panel for the operation of various pumps, filteration plant ,sensors and compressors etc . The LT panel should be confirming to IEC/IS61439- 1 &2I approved, double door totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof as per IS code with front and rear opening suitable locking arrangement, top with canopy having copper bus bar of suitable capacity for RYB and for neutral and insulated with insulators, including provision of cable glands, connecting incoming and outgoing cables along with necessary PCC 1:3:6 in foundation and suitable size of angle iron grouted at terrace floor above 30 cm from floor level comprising the Change over switch of suitable capcity, MCCBS, Contractors, Automatic starters of various capcities ,MPCBs, Protection /Differentila relay OV Relays, UV relays etc ,Digital switches/senors ,APFC capacitor Banks, measurement devices like Ammeter,Voltmeters,Frequency meters, Digital MF meters,energy meters,Indicators etc ,control wiring /Power wiring , etc COMMISIONING OF STP 330 KLD TO GET REQUIRED SPECIFIED Treated Water Parameters including supply of all chemicals , Bio Nutrients or pH correction chemicals :- The time period of completion of commissioning of STP part is Three months which included all testing arrangements of treated water including sample charges of state pollution control lab or NABL approved lab. At least Two Test samples after every two months will be submitted . All samples should should meet the specified parameters of treated water for use in arboriculture. The date of completion will be the date on which the last last sample report meeting all the parameters will be submitted by Executing Agency. | - | - | - | - |
