Almirah large steel with shelves(FD-1031)- (Qty 85 Nos) Taking out old unsv components of Almirah large steel and S & F new components as per shape and size as existing all as specified and as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI locks 6 levers with duplicate keys.

Shelves made out of 1mm thick MS Sheet..

Fixing of shelves in existing position with appropriate size MS revits.

Repair of loose doors by replacing unsv existing hinges(nut 7 bolts, steel screws/revits), fittings and adjustment for smooth functioning as specified.

M & L for de-rusting, denting,scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint "Satin finish" (Almirah shall be painted in dual colour. Body shall be painted in Ivory/off white & door shall be painted in Sky blue/Light blue colour) internally and externally with spray gun complete all as specified and as directed.

New pieces of angle iron 40x40x3mm thick of 100 mm long and welded to the worn out piece of legs the Book shelf and also spot welding of cracks and joints,

New shelves/bottom/top made out of 1 mm thick MS Sheet.

M & L for de-rusting, denting scrapping, filling with putty including preparation of old steel surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint OG/Gray internally and externally with spray gun complete all as specified.

Teapoy Varandah (Qty-18 Nos)-(FD-255) Taking out old unsv components of Teapoy varandah and S & F new components in replacement as per shape and size as existing all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

New top made of 18 mm thick pre-laminated MDF board teak face & provided with and including 4 mm thick teak wood beading alround the top duly polished with two coats of french polish.

New leg made out of 20mm thick steel condute pipe of wall thickness 1.6 mm.

New hard rubber shoes with inside steel washers for legs.

M & L for welding and adjustment of legs to the Flat iron and painting of frame with one coat of synthetic enamel paint white after preparation of steel surface.

Table steel 900 x 900 x 760mm(Qty -30Nos)- (FD-1009) Taking out old unsv components of Table Steel 900 x 900 x 760mm and S & F New Components in replacement as per Shape and size as existing all as specified and shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :-

Chair Varandah with Nylon Newar (qty-390) -(FD-256)

S & F new pieces of conduit pipe 20mm dia of 75 mm Long and 1.6mm thick and welded to the worn out piece of legs the chair verandah and also spot welding of cracks and joints as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unsv tape newar from Chair Varandah and M & L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint white to the frame of the chair after preparation of surfaces as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for weaving with 50-55mm wide tape virgin nylon newar best quality light coloured as specified and shown in drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
