Note for item No.1&2: Contractor have to write date of changing in bold letter using permanent marker and submit minimum two years manufacturer warrantee certificate with purchase voucher on completion of work.

S & F in repair LED street light of capacity 90 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as light source and lens embedded PC cover including electronic driver should have luminaries efficacy ≥110 lumens/watt, CRI>70 ,PF > 0.95, CCT≥5500, IP65, impact resistance IK 07, inbuilt protection against lightning , over voltage, short circuit and surge/spike protection device upto 10kV complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying cables, foundation for pole, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming of soil in layers n. exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cable including spreading and punning down to requirred thickness complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down shall be measured for payment purpose.

NOTES: The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the following (a) Suitable copper control wiring inside panel board ,cable glands ,cable lugs , supporting insulator etc. (b) The panel should be mounted min 0.30 m above the ground level. (c) Quoted rate is inclusive of angular base frame and PCC foundation earth work connected accessories. (d) Design / Drawing / bom of the panel showing the dimensions is to be obtained from manufacturer/ supplier and is to be approved from AGE(I) before placing the final order to the manufacturer.
