Supply delivery at site and storage of safety equipment like 9 kg capacity Fire Extinguisher, sand bucket, rubber mats. shock treatment chart and first aid box, 11000 volt danger board complete as per specification.
PART-B
Installation of all items mentioned as in Sl No 1 to 10 (except Sl No 9) in PART- A including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Transformer, PDB Panel including necessary matreials, painting, jointing of cables with necessary jointing materials, Heat shrinkable cable jointing materials, termination by suitable rated sockets, all complete as per relevent IE rules with the entire satisfaction of EIC.
High pressure testing of the Sub-Station including relevant testing of 11 KV cable, earthing etc. by approved agency of Directorate of Electricity, Govt. of West Bengal and obtaining approval certificate of sub-stn. From director of Electricity as per direction to the entire satisfaction of EIC.
Commissioning of the entire installation i.e; Indoor type Sub-Station ( 2 x 11/.433 KV, 800 KVA), PDB Panel, etc. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of E.I.C.
PART-C
Supply and delivery at site of vertical submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor with following specification: Capacity 33 m3/Hr. at a head of 26 mtrs., Motor submersible type 3 phase 50 Hz, + 3% ,415 Volt ± 6% , 2900 RPM as per Technical Specification given in NIT. (DOL) (Test certificate and guarantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)
Supply delivery and storage at site 80 mm dia. 1.5 mtr length ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 4.85 mm, (as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type ) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive syntietic paint as per Technical Specification. (1.5 m X @ 5 nos. per TW)
Supply and delivery at site of split type M.S. combine clamp made with M.S. Flat 40 mm width x 6 mm thick of size 150 mm dia or as per size of collecting line and arrangement for drawing the cable through this clamp with suitable No. of drilled holes on clamp for fixing and holding of 10 mm2 Al. Ar. Cable & pump collecting main lines including necessary nuts, bolts, washer etc as per direction of EIC.
Supply delivery at site 4 mm² x 3 core 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable (to extend the motor connection upto Armoured cable) Make :- Finolex / Polycab / Mescab / Havells. (4 nos. T/W X @ 6 m Cable per TW).
Supply, delivery and Storage at site 10 mm² x 3 core Aluminum Armored, XLPE insulated 1.1 K.V. grade cable, conforming to IS 7098(I) as per direction of EIC and as per Technical specification. Make : Gloster/Polycab/Mescab/Other Approved as per vendor list. [4 nos. T/W X @ 200 m Cable per T/W ] (Test certificate and guarantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)
Installation of submersible pumping machinery (of item no- 14 of Part-C) along with 80 mm dia. M.S.column pipe (of item No. 15 of Part-C) part by part in the newly sunk tube wells with an arrangement of derrick, lifting tackles, tools and plants etc. on hire basis and binding the vertical submersible cable with the column pipes properly and fixing M.S. Top Cover on the tube wells with supplying necessary Clamps made of 65 mmX 12 mm thick flat as per reqd length, nuts, bolts, washers etc. all complete as per direction.
Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm² (motor cable) and 4 mm² supplied mm² submersible copper cable for extension of motor cable for extension of motor cable up to required length by supplying jointing materials to make the joint leak proof all complete as per direction. (4 nos. T/W X @ 1 No Cable joint per TW).
Making inter connection of the pump delivery line from top cover of the tube well to laid pump collecting main line near the tube well at river bed with supplying and fixing of 80 mm dia. Heavy type G.I. bend, 80 mm dia. M.S. flange with necessary drill holes, 80 or 100 mm dia. G.I. short piece, 80 mm x 100 mm dia. G.I. reducer and other necessary G.I./M.S. specials as may be reqd as per site situation to complete the work including cutting pipes, making thread and welding the all joints properly if necessary and supplying necessary nuts bolts, washer, rubber insertion etc. to complete the work as per direction and testing & commissioning of the submersible pump as per direction E.I.C.
Laying of 10 mm2 x 3 core Al. Ar. Cable along the length of collecting line including fixing with supplied clamps, nuts and bolts at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.(4 x 175 mtrs @ per T/W)
Laying of two cables of 10 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size : 680 mm x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed. (4 nos. T/W X @ 25 m Cable per TW).
Making straight through joint of 3 core 10 mm² submersible cable to 4 mm² flat cable by supplying necessary seal Kit and hardener and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof all complete as per direction.
Supplying the fixing rubber insertion for dust and vermin proof entry of 3 core 10 mm² XLPE Al.Ar. Cable at MCC panel.
