P/L dry stone solling hand packed including all carriages/ HL and including 20% plums.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Form work of ordinary timber planks for in situ concrete work.

P/F structural steel with all necessary items including a priming coat.

P/F GI chain link Fencing 50*50 mm mesh width with all necessary items of work.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved and and mannufacture two or more coats.

P/F steel gate including pipes and as directed by incharge engineer and ETC complete job

Carriage of sand aggregates by MT
