Upgradation of road from Madurai- Theni National Highways to Court Km 0/0-0/400 in Rajagobalanpatty Panchayat at Andipatty Block

Clearing Scrub Jungle with uprooting including all cutting charges and depositing of the products and clearing as directed by the departmental officers including all labour charges etc., complete.

Earth work for filling the embankment conveying the earth to a lead of 10Km and lift of 0Km. Including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges of spreading and compacting etc. as per standard specifications

Construction of subgrade and earthwork excavation for side drain with initial lead and lift of 10m and to 2m in hard level earth, shoulder murram, stones, earth etc. complete as per standard specifications

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, for SHOULDERS

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) 225 mm thick, including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory Soil Compactor to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as pwe clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

Providing and laying Bituminous Macadam 50mm thick with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of grading as per Table 500.4 premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site upto a lead of 1000 m laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 504.
