Dismantling of existing damaged concrete in the Silo Ceiling using Electrically Driven Heavy Duty Pick Hammers and clearing the debris away from the site with a lead of 2Km and as directed by the engineer at site , hire charges for pick hammer, labour charges, lead, lift, etc., complete (Power supply will be provided at free of cost at one point closer to the working area)

Pressure grouting around ash conveying pipe between supporting column and silo top ceiling of ASh Silo 1 for arresting ash seepage to outside etc. as directed by the Engineer at site. The rates include providing holes in the wall, fixing 100mm long 12mm dia bakers into the hole using lock fix with Rendroc plug or equivalent materials and pressure grouting of PU Injection hydrophobic grout based on Polyurethane or its equivalent and refilling the plug surface with rendroc etc.including cost of all materials,labour charges, hire charges for machine for injection, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Providing micro concrete with “Renderoc RG” of FOSROC material or equivalent with curing compound for the floor finish including cleaning and scraping the existing floor surface, applying Nitobond SBR (latex) or equivalent as bonding aid, micro concrete at an yield of 13 lit/25kg material with adequate water, cleaning the surface, mixing the chemicals using power operated stirrer, curing charges etc. the cost includes, cost of micro concrete, Nitobond, curing compound, cement, 6mm stone chips required T&P, Labour charges, all transportation charges, head load lead & lift charges etc., complete.

Letter writing the quarters number on the steel doors over a background of 7'' dia. with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour including cost of paint, brush, all labour, lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Letter writing the block number on the front wall surface over a background of 1 1/4 'dia. with two coats of enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of wall primer including cost of charges for paint, brush, scaffolding ,all labour, lift etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge
