Dismantling of old brick laid on edge kharanja including stacking of old bricks . As per MORD .

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (3km cartage)

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:3:6 Cement, coarse sand mortar with 40mm s/gritt in open foundations complete .As per MORD Sr. no.- 11.4

Brick soling with bricks laid on edge including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber and including supply of bricks(Labour only) , As per MORD Specifications.

Laying brick soling layer on prepared sub-grade with brick on end edging according to lines, graded and cross-section shown on the drawing filling joints with sand and earth, spreading 25 mm thick layer of earth over brick soling, watering and rolliing the same with three wheel road roller 80-100 kN as per Technical Specification Clause 412 MORD 4.18

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. MORD S.N. 4.1

Brick masonry work (1:4) in cement , coarse sand mortar in substructure complete excepting pointing and plastering, as per drawing and technical specification As per MORD Sr. no.- 12.10

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4), 12 mm thick on brickwork in substructure as per technical specification Clauses 613.4 & 1204. As per MORD Sr. no.- 12.30

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete 1:2:4 cement , coarse sand mortar and 20mm S/gritt in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications As per MORD Sr. no.- 11.4

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, , curing of concrete slabs for 14-days As per MORD

Supply and fixing of a sign board including necessary supply of all materials, labour, Tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work As Per S.E. (R.E.D.), Saharanpur Sanction
