M&L for Brick work with sub class B brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position framed work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F second class hard-wood in scantlings clean sawn timber fixed with necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying two coat black bituminous paint on surfaces of any description wood, steel, iron, concrete, brick, stone, etc.exceeding 10cm in width or girth complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 design mix (using 20 mm graded agg) as in fdn ,footing, column floor slab, RCC Rack including necccessary form work and the like including necessary form work complete all as specfied and directed.

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and above cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for slab, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specfied and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor rough finish complete all as specified.

M&L for 1st quality non skid coloured ceramic Heavy duty tiles n exc 0.18 Sqm 20 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed with coloured cement to match in floor over and including including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
