E/work excavation in foundations and trenches etc. in all kinds of soils not exceeding 2 mtrs depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil, clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry, in 15 Cm layers with compaction, including disposal of all surplus soil, as directed within a lead of 30 mtrs complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.6.6

1st class brick masonry in cement sand mortar 1:3 in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials i.e. bricks confirming to 1st class specifications, fine sand for F.M 1, Ordinary Portland Cement and water supply arrangement, curing and all required T & P items complete as per approved design/drawing and P.W.D specifications complete in all respect and as per directions of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.11.5

1st class brick masonry in cement sand mortar 1:5 in foundation and plinth, including supply of all materials i.e. bricks confirming to 1st class specifications, fine sand for F.M 1, Ordinary Portland Cement and water supply arrangement, curing and all required T & P items complete as per approved design/drawing and P.W.D specifications complete in all respect and as per directions of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.11.3

Providing & laying in positioin machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-15 grade cement concrete for rainforced cement concree work, using cement content as per approved dedsign mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering shutttering finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended prpoportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge infoundatioin and plinthwith miimum cement contents 240kg./cum as per HSR item No. 10.64

Providing & laying in positioin machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for rainforced cement concree work, using cement content as per approved dedsign mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering shutttering finishing and reinforcement including admixtures in recommended prpoportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge infoundatioin and plinthwith miimum cement contents 330kg./cum as per HSR item No. 10.66

Steel rainforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR/FE-500-D grade or more for Reinforced Cement Concrete works, where no including in the complete rate of RCC including Straingthening, bending, binding, wastag, overlaps, welded joint, spacer bars , Chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position as per apprved design and drawing for all hights/depths/storeys/basements etc. for the work complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge as per HSR item No. 18.22 and A&C No. 29 dated 25.10.2019

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundation and foundation beams (vertical or battering) as per approved drawing and design including cost of all materials and T & P articles required complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.9.13

Centring and shuttering for slab culverts exceeding 3 meter but upto 6 meters span as per approved drawing and design including cost of all materials and T & P articles required complete in all respect to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.9.18 (b)

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work but excluding steel reinforcement, centering & shuttering in 1st storey upto 4 mtrs above plinth level including supply of all materials i.e. fine sand for FM-1, Ordinary Portland Cement, stone aggregate and water supply arrangement, curing and all required T & P items complete in all respect as per approved design/drawing and P.W.D specifications and as per directions of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No 10.80 and 10.95(a)

12 mm thick Cement plaster 1:4 cement sand mortar on brick walls including supply and carriage of all materials i.e. Ordinary Portland Cement, fine sand for FM-1 and water supply arrangement for mortar and curing complete in all respect as per approved design and drawing to the satisfaction of the Engineer in-charge as per HSR item No.15.5
