Supply of 2 Ton (6000 Kcal/Hr capacity),5 star rating Inverter split Air conditioner (YEAR 2023 MODEL for indoor and copper coil out door unit) with all the internal component , cordless remote & fitted with rotary /scroll /semi-hermetic compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/410a or as per latest norms suitable for high wall mounting & suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performing following functions; (i) Cooling (ii) Dehumidifying, (iii) Air Circulating, & (iv) Filtering Includng supply and fixing of suction and discharge copper pipe and drain pipe upto 3 Mtr. as per preferred make and site as direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Supply of 1.5 Ton (4500 Kcal/Hr capacity),5 star rating Inverter split Air conditioner (YEAR 2023 MODEL for indoor and copper coil out door unit) with all the internal component , cordless remote & fitted with rotary /scroll /semi-hermetic compressor operating on refrigerant R-32/410a or as per latest norms suitable for high wall mounting & suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz, single phase AC supply capable of performing following functions; (i) Cooling (ii) Dehumidifying, (iii) Air Circulating, & (iv) Filtering Includng supply of suction and discharge copper pipe and drain pipe upto 3 Mtr. as per as per preferred make and site as direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 1.5Ton and 2Ton Inverter split Air conditioner as mentioned in item No.1&2 including installation 3 mtrs refrigerant piping and 3 mtrs hard drain pipe as per site as direction of Engineering In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of following size comprising suction and discharge pipes complete with suitable size PVC FR Cu wire & nitrile rubber insulation sleeves, brazing including providing of clamps as per preferred make etc.

Size 1/2" & 1/4" for 1.5 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Size 5/8" & 3/8" for 2.0/3.0 TR Air-conditioning complete as required.

Supply and fixing of 25 mm PVC drain pipe connection from indoor to outside of wall including bends,water seal materials & necessary accessories on surface / recess for drain water outlets of AC units etc. as per preferred make complete as required.

Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of self contained stroage type stainless steel tank drinking water cooler of cooling capacity minimum 20 Ltr./ Hr.and stroage capacity of minimum 40 Ltr. Including Supply, Installation Testing and Commissioning of RO Purifier minimum 12Ltr./Hr. along with pre-filter suitable for operation on 230 Volts +/- 10% 50Hz single Phase AC Supply as per preferred mke complete as per site requirment & as per direction of Engineer Incharge.

Supply of 25 Ltr. Stroage 5star rated Water Geyser along with hot & Cold water connection pipe as per preferred make complete as per site requirment & as per direction of Engineering In-charge.

Supply of minimum 45 Ltr. Stroage minimum 3 star rating Refrigerator as per preferred make complete as per site requirment & as per direction of Engineering In-charge.
