CONSTRUCTION OF PAVER BLOCK ROAD FROM MANTHARAM CHOWPATHI TO 3 MORE AT MENDABARI GP IN KALCHINI PS UNDER APDZP

Clearring grass & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 30 m outside the periphery of the area as per technical specification clause 2201 for rural roads of MORD

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 for Rural Roads of MORD including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1 for Rural Roads of MORD. (Borrow pit /pre work post work measurement) (b) Carriage up to total lead of 2.0 km.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing graded material, mixing by mix in place method, with rotavator at OMC ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface in proper grade & camber, compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including lighting,guarding, barricading, incl. cost of all materials , machinary, tools & plants incl cost of quality control complete as per Clause 401 of specifications for road & bridge works of MORT & H (5th revision) Grading II )

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on thevertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. No 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block, as per CL.No.3.3 of IS: 15658) as per Table 2 of 15 :15658 with flexural strength/breaking loud as per Annexure G of IS:15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) ur else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sund of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand us per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP- 63) and filling up the gaps in hetween paver blocks with joint fitting sand (the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks us per Cl. No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compaction levelling and filling up of the edge gap. 60 mm thick ( Colour Decorative )

Providing and laying Design Mix concrete for Plain / Reinforced Cement Concrete in any part of foundation of bridge /culvert with graded stone chips of appropriate nominal sizes , including screening and cleaning of coarse aggregates, fine aggregate (sand) conforming to proper grading zone , both of approved quality and cement , as necessary , cost of curing with water ,including cost and carriage of all materials and including preparation of design mix, approval of the same by the Engineer-in charge , cost of quality control, sampling , testing etc all complete but excluding cost of formwork and reinforcement works. Grade M-25 with 22.4 mm size well graded river bazree using concrete mixer.

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ ply board/ steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, cross-drain etc. the rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. ii) Where staging is not required.

Providing & fixing concrete sign board as per IRC specification of size 900x750x37 mm thick made with RCC 1:1.5:3 with pakur variety stone chips reinforcement with double layer IRC febric ( 75 mm x 75 mm mesh ) and fixed with necessary nuts & bolts on two RC precast posts 100 mm x 15o mm of height 2.65 m of which top 750 mm is of section 100 x 13 and 1.90 m above GL & .75 m below G.L including digging hole repacking the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 with jhama khoa with local stone chips etc complete including painting two coats on both faces lettering sign marks etc as per direction of the Engineer in charge .
