Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Bidder must visit construction site before closure of tender to get the clear scope of the project and upload site vist acknowledgement letter in KPPP Portal if fails bidder will be disqaulified from the technical bid

The Tenders/ Bids are invited as per Standard tender Bid Document The contractor shall attach all the requisite documents as required in the standard bid document. The Bidders shall abide as per the detailed instructions and conditions contained in standard bid document

The contractors shall collect necessary samples as required & all relevant requisite tests to be got done by the registered institution or firms with consultants with the Third Party.The contractor has to make his own arrangements for procurement of all materials required for completion of the work in all respects. The contractor shall use relevant ISI mark materials for the work and also obtain necessary quality control certificates from the authorized quality control authorit

Bidder should quote the rate exculding of gst as per the goverment order

The bidder must upload a duly notarized affidavit strictly as per the prescribed format only(uploaded in tender document). Any deviation or non-compliance shall lead to outright rejection of the bid without prior notice

After the plant is installed, mandatory testing must be performed to the satisfaction of the Engineer in Charge before the work is considered complete

Mandatory Satisfactory completion as a prime contractor for at least 1 similar nature of work 50 PERCENT of total cost of works. Attested by Executive Engineer
