Taking down old unserviceable perished point wiring for light/fan /socket/power with all fittings and fixtures, tube lights complete including making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded FRLS flexible copper conductor cable drawn in and incl rigid PVC conduit concealed with pressed mild steel terminal boxes duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer fixed flushed to the wall with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of adequate size for one light or one fan controlled by one switch incl 1.5 Sqmm FRLS, PVC insulated and unsheathed multi stranded flexible copper conductor cable as earth wire to common earth dolly, including cutting chases in brick/ block/stone masonry wall , replastering and making good to match the existing specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: a) Unit rate include for cutting chases for conduits and sunken boxes and making good to wall, floors etc

M&L for submain wiring with 2 runs of 4.0 sqmm single core PVC insulated (FRLSH) stranded copper conductor cable drawn through concealed PVC conduit on walls/ceilings with one run of 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and necessary connections including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring of any size along with MS conduit /PVC conduit/PVC casing caping and making good the disturbed surfaces upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 runs of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor and 1 run of PVC conduit will be measured as single run.

S & F LED street light 20 W IP 66, with aluminium pressure die cast housing, toughened glass in the front with all accessories internally pre-wired complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement bracket for street light fitting made out of 25 mm bore pipe light grade GI tube bent to shape required, fixed with and including MS flat iron 25x3mm, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers duly painting the bracket with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Design supply installation and testing of evaporative cooler 2000 CFM (Room size 24" (L) x 20" (B) x 11.5" (H) approx) 20 Nos air charges per hours made out of GI sheet with all necessary supporting items required to achieve the flow & installation cooler should withstand wind speed out 160 km/hour and noise level at room not more than 70 db. The flow of air from cooler to room should by provide by the GI sheet ducting with suitable size of lining & insulation and have proper number of opening at entrance of the classroom including making hole in wall for ducting & lowers. Cooler shall be installed at the roof of the bldg and ducting from cooler to room will be done by proper splitting of the duct (thickness and size of duct should be as per SMACNA) with all necessary fixing arrangement required at site.

Note:- Cost of following is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of item No. 32 1. Cooler should be placed 30 cm above the ground of roof by making PCC hollow platform of suitable size. 2. All motor/ pump should be latest energy efficient and of proper size as per IS and approved by Engr-in-charge. 3. The cooler tank should have the capacity to store water for working upto 4 hours. 4. An additional tank rotational moulded PVC double layers ISI marked of 500 Itrs capacity should be in line with the tank of cooler to keep the water in reservoir (Cost of PVC tank including float valve, connections etc). 5. Cost for the tapping water connection to the tank from existing ground main pipe line & tank to cooler should done by suitable size GI tubing. 6. Cost for all necessary electrical connecting of suitable size wire as per IS standard by providing 3 phase industrial type sheet metal socket plug & top. 7. Cost of grove cutting in wall for ducting & louver and make up with existing surface.

Supply install and testing commisioning of wall mounted fan with swing of 300mm size all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply install and testing commisioning of ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fan AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM including fixing of louvers 300 mm dia by using suitable fastener grouted in the wall, including PVC copper cable 1.0 Sqmm 3 core connecting from ceiling rose to exhaust fan including cutting holes into bricks/block /stone masonary and making good dismental portion all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply fixing and installing of Prestressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, 102mm x 172mm at top and 102mm x 279mm at bottom,class 10 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Supply and fix orion Neo LED street light of 70 Watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with ploycarbonate cover and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP 66 protection 10KV SPD included. Efficiency >110 LPW and including junction box and PVC wire 2 core for connections from street light to junction box complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix LED flood light 80 watt made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs and secondary lenses with IP66 protection system efficiency >110/125 LPW, 10KV SPD included complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying cables/pipe line etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing tibba sand in trenches as sand cushioning to U/G cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab cover 25 to 30cm wide and 40 to 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing road/PCC n.exc 20cm wide and n.exc 30cm in depth for laying protecting pipe line etc and removing the debris n.exc 50m and filling with PCC 1:2:4 over the protection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay GI pipe 50mm dia, light grade ISI mark with all fittings laid in trenches, fixing in wall and pole including suitable GI clamps for bracing the pipe with pole for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and direcetd.
