Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls any descrition etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in two layers (5 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6) mixing with WPC on top layer @ 200 ml/ bag of cement on brick or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering or plastering work 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in fascia or edging of Chajjas, ceiling etc, including roughening old concrete surface and making the line in true shape and finishing the surface without using extra cement. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of wall and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preperation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper using auto paint roller over one coat of chalk white primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of Walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing ,scrapping down smoke soots, moulds and efforescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including cornices washing down etc with clean water and applying two coat of oil bound Distemper, white or tinted including removing nails etc using auto paint roller & making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for three coat of white wash on newly plaster surface of walls including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/ rectangular), polished, area of each tile n. exc. 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed (joint free) in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement. over and including screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured in different colour combination(alongwith highlighter shade) as approved by GE ,450x350x7mm thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Marble work Udaipur green 16mm to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished)as in steps and skirting of staircase, cooking plateforms and , treads, riser or landing of stair hall, window cill and like over 10mm thickscreed bed/plaster in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of other than white and black incl cutting of 25 mm dia hole for gas pipe( for cooking platform) and incl rounding to edges complete incl roughning of existing surface all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm thick Cement concrete type B- 1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
