Attending complaints for checking and replacing the existing defective electrical items for continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repair as required to make the item functional and replacing fuse, small pieces of copper wire, copper cable as of suitable size at site, insulation tape roll etc. attending minor repair(s) such as testing, connectins, fittings, nut, bolts, screws etc to emergent complaints i.e no light, earth leakage, short circuit, neutral break in mains/sub mains/internal circuits of existing electical system of main building/block and making continuous electric supply including carrying out minor repairs etc.. required to make the system in order/*functional with insualtion tape roll, copper thimbles, glands, earthing wire as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- This item is applicable only where no store is required. 1. The site for attending complaints at DGQA Area, ASC deopt, Napier Rd, Contractor shall provide minimum one tradesmen (electrician) for each site to attend the complaint in all working days between 0830 hrs to 1700 Hrs including holiday and Sunday. 2. Contractor shall ensure the security passess for his staff, to be obtained from concern authority for attending complaints. 3. The contractor will ensure that the electicians with necessary tools bag shall always remain present at complaint cell to attend the Complaints. 4. A recovery of Rs 500/- for not attending the complaint upto 04 hours and after 04 hours Rs 1000/- shall be recovered from the contractor due. 5. All the complaint slip, register & other connected document will be provided by the contractor without any extra cost. 6. Proper record (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor and the same may be asked for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 7. The above tradesmen shall not be utilize for the complaints where material is required and these complaint shall be measured and paid seperately as S&F here in after.
