Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface., mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, as per MORD specification 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density (For Grading-III)

Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud morter including labour and supply of brick finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in- charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20-0.25 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm agregates using V.G.-10 grade bitumen emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheele 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades complete all specified in MORD technical specification clause 508 and as directed by the Engineer in charge. Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510.

Earth work in filling for repair of ruts, cuts, pote holes, depressions and strengthening of bank includiing lift up to 1.50 m and Lead beyond 30 m also with ramming, dressing and manual compaction of surface to the required levels and slope etc. Complete.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.
