Ist coat bitumen painting over WBM surface as a wearing coarse consisting of a layer of bitumminious binder laid on the prepared surface followed by a cover of crushed stone chi;;ing 19mm gauge including precoating and painting work and also including maintenance of side patries during the operation as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne capaicity including all labour, material and T&P etc, required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying 50mm thick compacted bituminous macadam on prepared surface including cost of crushed specified graded aggregates for base/binding course including cargage of aggregates from approved quarry and stacking them as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader and hot mixing of stone aggreage and bitumen in hot mix plant tranporting the mixed material in tipper paver finisher to the required level and grade, rolling with power roller 8-10tonne capacity to achieve the desired density including cleaning the surface and tack coat etc, including supply of all material, labour T&P etc as required for proper completion of the work. Bitumen will be used for mixing of aggregates(BM0 @ 88kg/cum and 0.5kg/sqm for tack coat.

Providing and laying 25mm thick compacted semi dense bituminous macadam concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producting an average output of 75tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.50 to 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT^ H specification clause 508 complete in all respects.

Brick on edge with class M-150 brick on both sides of road 8cm. Thick & 12cm. Deep laid on dege including supply of all materials labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Desilting of drain in foul position including all labours, and T&P etc. required proper completion of the work.

Earth work filling in embankment with ordinary soil carted upto 3km from out side of industrial area including all labour T&P loading, unloading, dressing, etc complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement and fine sand mortor in foundation and plinth including all labours materials T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Struck pointig in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortor including all labours materials T&P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Garbage cleaning/factory waste from the road side pattries.

2.5cm thick CC floor in 1:2:4 with cement, coarse sand & stone grit

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm. Thick as per approved layout and design including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per MORT & H specification no. 803. The finished surface to be level, uniform and frace from streaks and holes rates to be inclusive of all taxes, royalty, VAT etc. all T&P machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

S/F of pavent maker (Cat eye) type X-ASTMD-4956-04 Avery dennison/3-M(USA make) consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent.

P/L of 80mm thick I shaped mechanically compressed inter locking CC pavers block manufactured by high presssure & controled vibration machine having plan dimension 2000x(160+120mm) with minimum 5mm thick topping of cement mixed with 25% marbel powder. with base of 15cm thick GSB. Including excavation cost of stand & joint filling, all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.
