Dismantling , removing and carefully stacking Brick / stone masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Dismantling the damaged floor finish and dadooing walls in cement mortar with mosaic tiles / Glazed tiles/cuddapah slab and clearing away with carefully stacking the material useful for reuse for any thickness etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers.

Paving the floor with best quality Double charged vitrified Tiles of 600 x 600 x 8mm size and variety conforming IS 15622 with water absorbtion less than 0.08% of approved colour and shade laid over cement mortar bed of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer in all floors and the top pointed with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing of partly glazed and partly panelled pre laminated partical board made with following provisions Partition : Partition tile based system (75mmthickx3450mm ht) made of Aluminium extrusions duly powder coated with 40 to 60 microns of required colour choice. The frame is fixed with tiles to the Choice of Pre laminated particle Board in the bottom and Glass panel of 5.50mm thick for bottom panel. Skirting will be provided at the bottom of the partition that can be used to run the cables to a thickness of 100mm. The system is developed to run the cables (power & data) from the bottom to the table top level (universal cabling system) Necessary provision will be given to fix table top with the partition along with vertical supports wherever required as directed by the departmental officers. (The colour and quality of panels should be approved by the departmental officers before execution of work)

Supply and fixing the Modular Partition door 1/2 glazed and 1/2 panelled using anodized natural colour matt finish modular partition door with frame made out of 47.62 x 44.45 x 1.18mm for vertical, top, horizontal and middle. Bottom, horizontal made out of frame size 101.60 x 44.45 x 1.20mm and the door panel top 1/2 portion is fixed with 5mm thick plain / glass and bottom half portion fixed with 9mm thick novapan board includng necessary accessories like alumnium clips, rubber beedings, door handle, door closer, furniture fittings, screws etc and also inclusive of labour charges for dismantling the exisitng masonryor RCC works and making holes required with power drill, power consumption charges fixing the door frame and shutter frame in position redoing the dismantled portion to the original condition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work

The Staff working table shall be of size 5'-0" x 2'-6" x 2'-6" without mobile pedastral, provided with a 6 mm plain glass top as per standard design. The table shall be of junior executive dismantling type, fabricated from 18 mm and 6 mm BWP plywood conforming to IS 710:2010. All external and internal surfaces shall be finished with 0.85 mm thick high-quality laminated sheet, including the side unit. The table shall be provided with all-round teak wood beading, finely polished to a smooth finish for durability and appearance. A 6 mm thick glass top shall be placed on the main table for protection and aesthetics. The complete unit shall be strong, neatly finished, and elegantly designed, equipped with all required fittings and fixtures, fully complying with standard specifications and executed as directed by the Departmental Officers.
