Repair and maint to drains, culverts and boundary wall at various loc in Tibri Mil Stn under AGE B/R-II at GE Gurdaspur.

M&L for excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n. exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete 1:5:10 type E-2, (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 for post holes (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in post holes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping/band and bed block etc incl necessary formwork, weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick walls on concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc from walls and ceiling surfaces of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of newly plastered/un plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint of shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in each layer complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC(1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base for paver block paving to raise level complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position(above/below of ground level) not otherwise specifically provided as in sunken floor, plinth protection, roof kerb, foundation, sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in paving or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified. (Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured).

M&L for 60 mm thick PCC (M-35) factory made with grey cement and pigment interlocking tiles/ paver block of shape/ size as conforming to IS 15658, joints will be filled with fine sand including dismantling of of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- Sand will be paid under relavent item).

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment , 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including dismantling of existing complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down, making good holes, cracks, etc and Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as directed by Eng-in-charge Note: Paint using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed.

M&L for perforated particle board/tiles 12 mm thick for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60cm x 60cm size, fixed with nails to timber frame work or with staples on snap grid fixed in ceiling incl dismantling of existing board with frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall as in sides of drain and upper band of drain built in cement morter 1:4 , all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No 21 above but except bricks.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in coping and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing as bricks laid flat in CM 1:3 including raking out new and existing joints complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends all as specified and directed.

Dismantling framed work timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of rolled mild steel Gde Fe-410-W Gde E-250 Quality-A in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins crane gantries, joist, channel, steel tube, rails & fastenings & heavy brackets framimg (beam, tee, angle, coulmn, gusset plates, channel, hollow square/rectangular or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats with riveted, bolted or welded attachment etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick coloured having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to walls, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling of old asbestos/corrugated/semicorrugated sheet all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shade coloured tiles of size 400x350x7mm thick joint free on and including 10mm thick backing rough plaster in CM(1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting/ dado including dismantling of existing tiles and screed complete all as specified.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2;4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings and set in cement mortar CM 1:4 all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished ) 20mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and in any position not otherwise specically provided (reinfocement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing the demolished material to low lying areas to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr away complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as cover slab for manhole and similar work (culverts) etc. set in cement mortar 1:6 including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel bars TMT 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shaperequired, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3, 200mm bore level or to falls In trenches, on concrete bed with all necessary extra joints, waste and cutting as jointed with collars including demolition of existing pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15cm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in concrete bed, width of concrete bedding shall extend laterally 15cm beyond either side of the outer dia of pipe laid to falls in trenches in any depth including packing under and haunching against the sides of SGSW/ reinforced concrete drain pipes NP3, 200mm bore, after the pipes have been laid and tested include for any necessary shuttering and supports to concrete and for laying beds to falls complete all as specified and directed.

A Schedule of Credit for old/unserviceable demolished/ dismantled items has been catered for in the tender. The Schedule of Credit is pre-priced by MES. The final amount of the tender shall be arrived at after deducting the total amount of Rs. 40,960/- Schedule of Credit from the total amount of BoQ as per General Summary sheet catered for after Schedule of Credit.
