Construction of RW Sub division office at Bisoi for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other T &P required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:4:8) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

2.5cm D.P.C. with CC (1:2:4 ) using 12mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including cost conveyance and royality of all materials with all taxes and all labour with T&P required for the work & 1% cess etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying P.C.C (1:3:6) with 40 mm size Hand broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & laying concrete in layers not exceeding 9" thick to the required level including cost,conveyance & royalty of all materials with all taxes & compacting watering curing & all labour with T & P articles required for the work including 1% cess etc, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

R.C.C. M-20 having a minimum compressive strength(in work test) 200 Kg/cm.2 in 15cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S.516 using 20mm & down graded size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days centering, shuttering, finishing the exposed surfacs inculding ceiling, smooth, providing grooves beads where necessary and providing, required No of fan Hooks as directed including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge but excluding the cost of M.S.Rods or Tor steel and binding wire and labour charges for bending, binding and tying grills. Cutting, streightening the bent up M.S./TS Rods bending, binding, welding, jointing if necessary and tying the grills and placing in position, as required for R.C.C work and for providing required No. of Fan Hooks hoisting, lowering, laying including, cost, conveyance, taxes of all M.S. Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10"x5"x3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in Foundation and Plinth after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in all floors with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) using Flyash Bricks of size 10" x 5" x 3" having crushing strength not lessthan 75 Kg/Cm2 in super structure after immersing the bricks for six hours in water before use in superstructure in all florrs with all necessary projection, cutting mlulding, corbelling, champering, watering and curing including cost conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and labour T&P required for the work etc.complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete work(1:2:4) using 12mm to 20mm size black hard crusher broken granite chips of approved quality and from approved chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering laying and compacting concrete, watering and curing for 28days including finishing the exposed surfacs including, cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials and cost, of all labour and T & P required for the work etc. complete in all respect including 1% CESS as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

12 mm thick cement plaster(1:6) over brick massonary finished smooth, after racking out the joints including watering, and curing with cost, conveyance, royalities and taxes of all materials, and cost of all labour and T & P required for the work complete including 1% cess as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing fitting and fixing of Vertrified tiles in dados over thick bed of CM (1:3) including cost conveyance royalty of all materials etc complete.

Providing , fitting & fixing Steel Angle Iron window frame with M.S grill manufactured from standard rolled steel angle section 40 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm cornered of the frame duly metered and electrically welded with fish tail hold fasts made out of M.S flats of size 200 mm X 50 mm X 30 mm wide & 5 mm thick at the rate of 4 nos per frame with M.S hinges of size 75 mm & 14 SWG thick at the rate of 3 nos for each single leaf shutter tower bolt ring & M.S Grills made out of 19 mm x 5 mm flat properly welded to the window frame with one coat of anti corrosive red oxide zinc chrome primere as per direction of Engineer - in - Charge including 1 % cess .

White washing one coat with cement over new plaster surface including all cost , conveyance , royalties, taxes of all labour , material etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Painting two coats with approved paint over a coat of primer of any approved shade with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, all labour and T&P required for the work including the cost of primer all other materials aetc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering two coats to wall with approved distemper of approved shade including cost, conveyance & taxes of all material, labour etc complete including 1% cess and as per specification and direction of the EIC

Supplying fitting and fixing of stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50 mm dia of 2 mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32 mm x 32 mm x 2 mm etc complete.

Finishing walls with weather coat of approved shade on new work two coat over acoat of primer to give an even shade including cost of all materials, labour charges, T&P etc required for the work complete. including 1 % cess. as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in all kinds of soil including rough dressing and leveling the bed etc. complete.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Weather coat two coats including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials all labour and T & P required for the work etc complete including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer over new plaster surface including cost of cement with all cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials and all labour T&P required for the work including 1 % CESS etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing surface of walls with cement based wall putty (Water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
