Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 ltrs per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1 : 2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment of voids in masonry using chemical emulsion one litre per hole at 300 mm intervals including drilling holes at 45 degree and replugging them with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand ) to match the existing floors/surface all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion (in oil or kerosene based solution) @ 0.5 ltr/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and sealing the same all as specified and directed.

M&L for roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0(using 12.5 mm graded stone agg) on roof surface as a leveling course complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of bituminous primer 1.20 Kg/Sqm on prepared surface of plaster as per manufacturer's instructions, manufactured by the same agency of APP membrane. Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm, as specified here-in-after. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch on application with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap. The laying of membrane shall be got done through an authorised applicator of manufacturer of the membrane. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slope towards rain water pipe outlet. Notes :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of primer for APP membrane and SBR latex complete.

M&L for preparation of of newly surfaces of APP membrane and applying two coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/stone masonry built in CM. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks , straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm raded stone agg) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in renches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cemet concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
