PART -I Manning & Operation of Sewage Pump installation at 17 SIKH LI under COD Area, Delhi Cantt in one Shift operation of 08 Hrs (06.00 AM to 2.00 PM) including Sunday and Holiday by deploying one opertaor including cleaning of installation complete all as directed (TOTAL FGM / OPERATOR - 01 No) The installation to be manned comprises the folowings :- (i) Sewage Pump 02 Nos of capacity 12.5 HP for pumping out sewage water to sewage line

Manning and Operation of Sewage Pump installation at 17 Sikh LI under COD area, Delhi Cantt in one shfit operation of 08 Hrs (02.00 PM to 10.00 PM) inclduing Sunday and Holiday by Deplying one opertaor inlcuding cleaning of of installation complete all as directed ( TOTAL FGM / OPERATOR -01 No). The installation to be manned comprises the following :- Note for item No 1 & 2. (i) Operation of pump installation of any capacity and run the pump time to time as on required basis. (ii) Claning the blockage in any pump / pipe line. (iii) Complete cleaning of the installation. (iv) During the cleaning safety and cleaning equipments will be supplied by the contractor (Necessary Oxygen Mask , Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary T & P items, Phaswda , Steel Bucket , Maina rope, torch etc as required at site and all as directed) (v) Log sheet for records shall be suppled by the contractor and record to be updated by the opertor. (vi) FGM / OEPRATOR should be deployed by contracot for 5 months for item No 2 as directed by GE

Scope of work are as under for Srl Item No 01 to 02 : (i) The plant shall be run by the deploying skilled ITI holder operator with proper experience.

(ii) For payment of minimum wages to the workers provisions of particulars specification shall be strictly adhered to as labour law.

(iii) log book for records shall be supplied by the contractor after approval of format by GE/ Engr-in-charge/JE and record to be submitted by the contractor daily basis.

(iv) Operation of pump installation of any capacity and run the pump time to time as on required basis.

(v) Cleaning the blockage in any pump / Pipe line.

(vi) Complete cleaning of the installation.

(vii) During the cleaning saftey and cleaing equipments will be suppled by the contractor (Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves , Gum Boot and all other Safey aspects and inclduing necessary T & P items, Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope.

Manning & Operation and maintenance of sewage Treatment plant of 100 KLD per Day cap at 21 Signal Group Anand Parbat including Sunday and holidays in two shifts of 08 hrs each day by employing one operator for (1st shift 06.00 AM to 02.00 PM, 2nd shift 02.00 PM to 10.00 PM, complete inclusive of daily, weekly , monthly, quarterly, half yearly , and yearly comprehensive maintenance complete all as specified and directed. ( TOTAL FGM / OPERATOR - 02 Nos)

(A) following items to be maintained:-

(i) Bar screen chamber

(ii) MBBR reactor

(iii) Air blower

(iv) Tube settler

(v) Filter feed Pump

(vi) Filteration system

(vii) Feed pump and raw water sewage pump

(viii) inter connecting pipes

(ix) chlorine contact tank/ hypo Dosing tank

(x) Valves

(xi) sludge holding tank with filter press

(xii) Electricals system and DB/ panel

(xiii) oil and grease trap

(xiv) raw water collection sump

(xv) installed machinary for treated water supply

(xvi) Treated water Tank installed with STP

(xvii) Sewage lift well

(xviii) Equalization tank

(B) Scope of work are as under:-

(i) Stacking the sludge cakes properly and disposing the same away from site appx 500 m all as directed by Engr-in-charge

(ii) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/ pipe line

(iii) Supplying/ distrbuting the traeted water regularly as per the directions

(iv) complete cleaning of grits and channels daily

(v) Brooms and cleaning materials will be provided by the contractor free of cost at site in good workable condition and keep maintain plant premises free from vegetation

(vi) During the cleaning safety equipments will be issued by the contractor to operator (Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary T&P items,Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. as required at site and all as directed)

(vii) Removing the sludge in the tube selttler and keeping the surrounding area clean daily and removing vegetation

(viii) Cleaning of equilization tank throughly by removing mud grits etc from the tank, cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed.

(C) Maintaining the following records

(i) Record of chemical consumption

(ii) Record of treated water and electricity (log sheet)

(D) Notes

(i) The plant shall be run by the deploying skilled ITI holder operator with proper experience.

Note :- (a) Unserviceable and consumable parts shall be measured and paid seperately under relevent items ser item No.03 to 18. (b) Servicing shall be done quarterly for each RO system and also to be attended as on tele call from users. (c) Servicing shall be done through authorsied dealer of OEM (d) Spare parts shall be purchased through authorsed dealer of OEM. (e) Rate quoted are deemed to be inclusive of labour required for replacement of any defective parts in between consecutive services.

Note :- Rate includes transportation of motor from the place of installation for repairing and reinstalling the same on existing foundation & testing & commisioning etc. Contractor nothing shall be extra payable in the account.

M&L for Disconnection electrical and water connection of the high presuure feed pump, multi stage centrifugal type and transporting to work shop opening carefully and rewinding the burnt out winding, replacement of bushes, gland packing, ball bearing, rubber gasket nut and bolt and replacing the required spares parts as per existing complete re-fixing its in original position and making out all electrical and water connection and testing complete all as specified and directed for the size/ capacity of motors upto 2 HP. Note :- Rate includes transportation of motor from the place of installation for repairing and reinstalling the same on existing foundation & testing & commisioning.

S&F in repairs for antiscalant dosing unit capacity upto 6 LPH @ 3.5 bar incl inlet and outlet flexible pvc pipes all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs pressure gauges for monitering of flow meters all as specified and directed.(Makes as per sample)

Testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory as approved. (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 3025 mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value TSS BOD COD residual chlorine total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms as below:- Rest of the characterstied of the treated water shall be as per IS : 3025 Note 1 - rate quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample

(i) TSS: < 10 Mg/ ltrs

(ii) BOD : < 10 Mg/ ltrs

(iii) COD :< 150 mg / Ltrs

(v) Total coliform : ,< 100 MPN/100 Ml (desired Nil)

Note 3 - Incase contractor fails to provide monthly test report a penalty of Rs 3000/- per test report shall be recovered from the contractor dues.

Testing of Sewage sludge water as per revlevant IS of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engr-in-charge and testing in Govt approved laboratory as approved by GE (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value TSS BOD COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water:- Note 1 - Rates quoted shall deemed to be included for :- (i) Cost of sterilised bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample

Periodical Cleaning of Sewage well and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc. all as required at site and directed at 21 Signal Group Anand Parbat for Sewage well. Note: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :-

(a) Diesel Driven Pump Set of appropriate capacity not less than 5/7.5 HP with operator including necessary POL required at site for De- Watering of Sewage septic water including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes

(b) Tractor mounted storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 1 KL with driver directly collected from the soak well and disposing the same to the location where approved by PCB or as directed.

(c) Tractor/truck with driver for disposal of sewage sludge and POL required for the same (duly covered with necessary tarpaline ) and depositing the same to the location where approved by PCB or as directed.

(d) Labour element and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the PCB or as directed.

(e) Appropriate qty of Phenyle required at site for Sterilization of sewage sludge being collected in the Sewage tank and all as directed.

(f) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects and including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed.

M & L for cleaning of treated water tank at 21 Signal Group Anand Parbat STP of storage capacity of water 50000 gallons, filter feed tank of capacity 63 cum and chlorine contact tank of capacity 17 cum thoroughly by removing mud, grits etc from the tank by following method :-

(a) Cleaning inner surface of tank complete by scraping with steel wire brush and and removing mud and sludge collected inside the tank manually at a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as directed.

(b) Washing with clean water and bleaching powder mixture throughly complete tank internally and removel of left out sludge if any at site at a distance not exceeding 50mtr all as directed.

Supply and laying including taking up galvanised steel water tubing medium grade ISI marked screwed socketed joints complete with all tube fitting (such as bends,elbow, tees,short pieces,connectors,back nuts,diminishing pieces,caps,plugs, threaded flanges and unions,etc) and fixing complete with clips,wall hooks,wooden plugs,or laying in trenches,etc.,also cutting,screwing and waste and for making forged bends on piping as required at site including taking down the existing pipe line with fitting etc of following sizes:-

Material & Labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, angle iron, flats, ladders and back plates fabricated from MS structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers of suitable sizes including welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs for Rotational moulded polye- thylene water storage tanks 250 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs for display/sign board box type of size 150cm x 90 cm x 20 cm with acrylic sheet with aluminium frame on front side and GI sheet of suitable size on rear side and housing with LED type ftg 4 x 20 W for proper illumination inclding connection etc and marking the Installations/Flow diagram with lumination sticker/painting of size all as specified and directed.(Makes as per sample kept in AGE E/M office)

S&F in repairs for informatory sign boards of size 750x600mm rectangular type made out of retro reflective sheeting of Micro prismatic grade conforming to IRC 67:2010/ASTM D4956 Type XI standards, fixed over 3mm thick aluminium composite panel supported with back support stainless steel 50mm dia pipe as approved & supported on a 2.1 mtrs long posts. The details of description for each board and the fixing at site shall be in suitable size of foundation in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed.

S&F in Existing LT PB for repairs/replacement of 95 Amps TP contactors(03 Nos),50 to 70 amps contactor (01 No), Over load relay 66-110Amps(01No) and 45 to 75 amps(01No) for suitable for fully automatic Star Delta starter capacity of 75 HP pumping sets with suitable size copper wiring,lugs and accessories complete all as specified and ditected.(Makes of contactors C&S/L&T)

S&F in repairs for Ball brass valves 50 mm dia high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified.

Note For Srl No 1 to 03 for bidder:- 1. Security Deposit @ 10% of total quoted amount in addition to Performance Security @5% shall be deposited by the contractor within 30 days from acceptance of Contract. Ref Sch 'A' Note No 20 on page No 15. 2. Attention of bidder is invited to periodical variation in minimum fair wages as notified by Govt of India/State Govt (Whichever is more) from time to time, the rates quoted by bidder shall deemed to be inclusive of any such variation and the contractor shall pay the wages as notified by Govt during the execution of contract. No reimbursement would be admissible except for taxes directly related to contract value as covered under Special Condition 27.

Sch of Credit- Total contract sum shall be calculated after deduction of Sch of Credit amount Credit amount - Rs.49845.00
