Repair to deep borewell at Govt Fruit Plant Nursery Nihalpur District

Replacement of existing damaged borewell submersible pump set at Govt. Fruit Plant Nursery, Nihalpur, Kathua by way of Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new 1.1 KW/1.5hp submersible pump set (make KSB, Kirloskar or equivalent). Pump set shall have 61-31 meters Head Range or better & upto 100 LPM Discharge Rate and should be suitable for 4 Inch (100 mm) Boring/casing Size and with water-cooled motor design. Pump set should be compatible with Power Supply of 160-240V and Single-phase AC Electricity Connection. Pump housing shall be stainless steel while impellers shall be made of noryl. Outlet/Delivery size shall be 38 mm (1.5”) approx. and may also involve Fabrication of nipple of suitable dia. with a flange/thread on one side and other side is to be fitted with submersible pump set. Providing and fixing of tie wire/rod or safety of submersible pump motor set. Testing the submersible pump motor set at workshop. Lowering of submersible pump motor set (using a tripod, chain pulley, steel wire slings, clumps etc; all these items to be arranged by bidder) along with submersible cable (cable to be tied with column pipes at suitable distance) in the liner assembly by assembling column pipes one by one. Fitting of the final delivery pipe. Testing and commissioning of submersible pump motor set after making electrical connections, tightening/repairing of loose connections if any. Complete job includes cost on account of material, installation, plumbing works, required tool-tackles, testing charges of the pump set at site including any other unforeseen item as required for satisfactory completion of job and all taxes

Replacement of existing damaged pump starter(controller) at Govt. Fruit Plant Nursery, Nihalpur, District Kathua by way of providing and installation of single phase submersible pump controller/starter (2 hp, 220-240 V, 50/60 Hz; L&T or equivalent make) with on-off switch/button and capable of restricting auto-start in case of power restoration after power cuts/shutdown. Amperes as well as voltage shall be displayed. Relay range shall be 13-22 A and start capacitor 200-250 MFD or better. Making of electrical connections, testing of the pump set at no load and then at full load. Complete job includes cost on account of material, installation, required tool-tackles, testing charges including any other unforeseen item as required for satisfactory completion of job and all taxes.

Replacement of existing submersible cable of pump set by way of providing and installation of new 2.5 sq mm 2 core copper submersible cable of make Havells, KEI, Polycab or equivalent. Job is inclusive of making electrical connections/water proof joints. Payment shall be made on basis of actual quantity used

Job charges for providing and furnishing of attached lid container/Multipurpose Jumbo Crate (make nilkamal, supreme, syntax or equivalent) with lid for storage of water. Minimum capacity shall be 60 ltrs. It shall have strong built-in/outside handles that are ergonomically designed for easy handling.
